If playing with variant encumbrance:
My character has speed of 30, let’s say I am encumbered and my speed drops by 10 feet making it 20.
How does a Dash action interact in this circumstance?
If your speed increases during your turn, you can continue your movement until you have moved up to the full distance.
Any increase or decrease to your speed changes the amount of additional movement provided by the dash action as well.
