That depends on the game, assuming you mean there are there specific words that must be spoken in a spell casting.

Not sure what you mean by “certain things”. Any spell with a V component calls for a distinctly magical incantation in addition to any spoken commands or other communication you make as a part of the spell. Despite some memes to the contrary, the RAW is that the V component is distinct from any other verbalization; you can’t attempt to “hide” the casting of a spell like Suggestion from observers besides the target by claiming that the suggestion you gave was the V component.
I did have a list of little rhymes to use for verbal components for spells from the PHB and Xanathars Guide to Everything, if you would like them I'll dig them out.

So, essentially the ask is “do any spells explain the magical words of a verbal component.”
No. however, you can do so yourself.
Even ages, but I recall a game system that had a huge set of terms and the like that you would use to string together in play as a sentence. Akin to the way a lot of stuff has historically shown Latin used when casting a spell.
don’t recall the name of it, but the idea was interesting.

It's one of those things that, for the most part, is left open to players... if you want to have a system for your verbal components you can do whatever you want, and if you don't want to, you're not obligated to. All it means is that, in order to complete the spell, your character needs to make some kind of sound that can be heard clearly by the people around you.

And that cannot be disguised as regular speech. Part of the intent of V and S components is that they're very noticeable "this person is probably trying to cast a spell" type actions.

Suggestion and command have specified Verbal requirements, but that’s all I can think of.
