Warforged Heavy Armor Question

The current rule for warforged heavy armor states "16 + your proficiency bonus; disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks." Is the proficiency bonus a mistake? It doesn't calculate on the character sheet.

Make sure you don't have any other armor equipped. If you don't, post a link to your sheet.
