Is it possible to equip Accessories or even Enchanted Tattoo's on to your Ranger Combat Pet?
I have read about Barding and seen conflicting opinions, but the general consensuses of Ranger Combat Pet armor is that you can use Barding equipment but it will override pets natural armor and its weight is doubled. That will be no good for my pet as it is a Natural 16 and any armor that won't slow it down will drop it lower then that, so I would end up needing things like magical accessories and/or magical tattoo's to gain bonus AC.
It would be nice to be able to add Magical accessories like Tail rings, Pierced Ear Rings, Amuleted Collars and Magical Tattoo's to my combat pet.
I wouldn't be asking if I wasn't worried about the possibility of a DM misdirecting some frustrations from other members of a group teasing him towards me. Couple of players teased the DM, while I just kept playing. I think the DM passively vented his frustrations in the form of powerful monsters in large numbers and both me and my pet almost got killed a couple of times. Glad I took up a lot of armor enhancement feats, gear and got ahold of some healing abilities. I think I need more insurance though and feel I need to level and gear my character and pet up, from other D&D sessions before the next meeting of the other game.

Any armor replaces natural armor so you would only be able to add accessories but as far as I know there are no official magic items for pets, so you would have to homebrew them. If you are that concerned about the DM targeting you and your pet, you should talk to the DM about it. If he brushes your concerns off, I would leave the group and find another. The game is meant to be fun for all involved and I'd also tell the other players to knock it off because it's causing you to not have fun. Unless all games are Adventure League they can deny any leveling up and items from a different game. Your best bet is to talk to the DM about everything and get it addressed. If things continue, then leave the group and find another that you gel with better. Anything else just ask.

Remember this is a game and it's suppose to be fun for everybody. Let's all have fun and kill monsters.
You are right and I forgot that magic items will shrink/expand to fit the user. But at the same time I digress that OP's first step should be to talk to the DM about what is happening and to work things out. Just adding magic items to your pet just because the DM is singling you out won't help the heart of the matter. Getting stronger will just mean that the DM will just throw even harder monsters at you to overcome the added magic items. Adding magic items is just a band aid and won't fix the core issue. Fixing the core issue is what will change things from being frustrated to being fun, even if that means that you and the DM kick out the other players and either replace them or do a one on one game.

rings must be able to be worn (on the digit of a paw should work)
This point I would disagree with. Paws are not like hands. We've all seen dogs struggling to figure out how to walk with snowboots on, imagine trying to even get a ring on one of the digits of a dog's paw. Nevermind watching it try and walk like that.
Imo, you'd have to rework the magic ring into more of a bangle, bracer, or bracelet, for the animal to wear on it's..... wrist? Foreleg? Which I very much see as both feasible and balanced.

I don't see why not. From the chapter on Magic Items
The attunement section only mentions creatures, not characters or humanoids.
