I know you can only infuse nonmagical items, but nowhere in the description of the Arcane Firearm does it say it makes the wand magical. So could could the Enhanced Arcane Focus Infusion be used on it?
I cant believe it doesn't say the arcane firearm is magical. Then again arcane firearm also does not say you have to start with a non-magic rod, staff, or wand. So you could go either direction with it.
I hadn't even thought of it that way. You could, in theory, make a Wand of Magic Missiles an Arcane Firearm. It would still only apply to artificer spells though.

You definitely couldn't add any infusions to it in that case.
Oh no, Not at all. Just interesting to note. Firing spells out of an Immovable Rod could be fun. And eventually being able to ignore attunement requirement opens a lot of doors too...
Where is the arcane firearm? I cant find it anywhere in the equipment list.
It's the name of an artificer class feature.
With regards the original question - you're correct, the Arcane Firearm feature doesn't state anything about making the item count as magical in any way and doesn't (by my reading of the rules) prevent the item being infused.
I found it easier to think of it the other way around.
Mundane wand focus -> Infusion added (to a normal, nonmagical wand) -> infused wand used as arcane firearm (any wand is allowed).

I would say yes.

I compiled some of Crawford's rules clarifications about E:RftLW content here: https://www.reddit.com/r/dndnext/comments/dzfw58/a_compilation_of_jeremy_crawfords_rules/
In particular:
A none magical wand would be... a stick?
No, it would be “a special item... designed to channel the power of arcane spells.”
A stick struck by lighting is a spell component of witchbolt. So I would say a really special stick
