And who would allow that? A meteor swarm is no where near as powerful and it’s a 9th level spell. Might as well say a bag of holding creates a naked singularity and destroys the universe with how you need the dm to not give a damn
But... It is only in a 70 ft radius and takes around 110 second to impact the ground

You're trying to bring real world physics to try and "win D&D".
This is not only a poor player mentality but there's actually advice in the DMG to specifically avoid doing this.
