I'm a bit confused to why Eberron has its own content slider in the character creation.
1. Is Eberron official content? I had my players turn off all the extra content sliders. I assumed that Eberron was part of the extra content because it has its own slider.
2. Why does Eberron have its own slider if it's official content? Is there a reasoning to have the slider there for Eberron as opposed to other books?
I'm relatively new to DnD and even newer to all the official books. I'd appreciate any help!
Almost one year has passed and the book is nowhere near to get out of UA tests. Does someone have any idea when it should be happening? a LOT of GMs will never allow it at the table before it is "finalized".
Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus releases September 17th (https://dnd.wizards.com/products/catalog). All that has been announced about Eberron is that the book will release in 2019, unless I missed an official Wizards of the Coast announcement. I am guessing that the Eberron book to come mid October to mid November time frame. Personally cannot wait for it with hopes that it will include the artificer.

Eberron will be an official release, however it is currently still under development.
Think of it as "early access" to content, if you're familiar with the way that video games are released on Steam.

yup, I got my links messed up. I am fairly confident it will include the final version of the artificer.
