This is my first post, so sorry if I'm asking in the wrong place.
Okay, so my character married a dryad and she gave him her heart (a mechanic/item our DM created and has referenced before). He's decided that this will grant me 3 once-daily spells.
Is there a way for me to manually enter these spells on my character sheet? I know I can just add them in the notes, but I feel like I'll forget them if they're not with my other spells.

I would suggest creating a homebrew item that is literally the heart. Then you can attach the spells to it like you would with a wand.
You or your DM could make a Homebrew item that has those spells attached to it.
Use a homebrew feat or magic item (I would use a magic item in this case).
Under the "Spells" section, add each spell as its own entry.
