What's the most controlly build I can do?

I want to be able to control the battlefield as much as possible. Stuff like restricting and controlling movement, stopping it completely, making walls to prevent access to certain places, removing people from combat, and similar things.

the best build for that sounds like a DM build ;P

Circle of the land druid has a lot of battlefield control

Bard has lots of control/debuff spells.

Glamour Bard

• 3rd Level - Mantle of Inspiration - up to 5 allies can move their speed as a reaction, without provoking opportunity attacks
• 6th Level - Mantle of Majesty - up to 10 uses of Command as a bonus action, but its not a spell so you can still cast non-cantrips.

Plus you get all of the other regular bard control spells, like

• Dissonant Whispers
• Faerie Fire
• Blindness/Deafness
• Polymorph
• Dominate Person
