it doesn't say much about the character but every time he turned up in a game he had aquired a new class, his bit on their wiki is: Driebus Beestinger is the Half-Orc son of Rosie Beestinger (by adoption). He is perpetually in search of himself and his true calling in life and often gets himself into trouble.

* Need a character idea? Search for "Rob76's Unused" in the Story and Lore section.
For quick Character ideas, grab the Player's Handbook, go to Chapter 4, Personality and Backgrounds, and pick a Background or roll a d20 and go down the list in order. Read the description and choose a Class that suits your Background.
Watch Lord of the Rings or another fantasy movie, and make a character similar to your favorite character from that. But if I had to recommend something...can’t go wrong with a dour and proud dwarf fighter!
Arn'ee was a bodybuilding prodigy and would routinely win competitions at fetes, fairs and carnivals and was eventually hired to go on tour with a circus where he put on displays of strength and "muscular performance" and "peck dancing".
His life changed when he over heard the tale of Prince Kalidor and Sonja the Red and he took off to live the life of sword and sorcery.

So, I am about to start a new campaign and I don't have a clue what character I want to play. I have no boundaries so anything is welcome. Thanks!
make a numbered character list and roll a dice
playing since 1986
Go to the character creator and hit “random.” You can always adjust your Ability Scores afterwords.

Every level taking another class can be fun.

Unearthed Arcana had a nice document for rolling up characters, you can find it here
I grew up with the D&D basic rules so I roll my stats first (in order) and then use those to suggest the character class.
Can't beat the classic of making a character who is the opposite of what you'd expect.
A gnome barbarian.
A goliath rogue.
Goblin bard.
Firbolg fighter.
Orc Wizard.
Or the weird but fun.
Loxodon Rogue.
Kenku Bard
Warforged Druid
Kobold Barbarian
And Blastoise (Tortle Artificer)

Wizard (Gandalf) of the Tolkien Club
Half-Orc Warlock with a Unicorn for a patron. Kind of hates the idea, but can't help being attracted to rainbows, fairies, and glitter. Conflict!
Gamers being who and what we are this is a dangerous question to post.
I am reminded of something I saw recently:
Mine would be about 50/50, except I would never effing put any gorram money in a mudder effing swear jar. Eff that poo!

cowboygunslingerFind your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
A Kenku bard is just part of a covers band...
Name: Arn'ee, Race: Goliath, Background: Entertainer (Bodybuilder), Class: Bard
Arn'ee was a bodybuilding prodigy and would routinely win competitions at fetes, fairs and carnivals and was eventually hired to go on tour with a circus where he put on displays of strength and "muscular performance" and "peck dancing".

Ha. Reminds me of my Kenku, Janus.
Part of a flock of kenkus who specifically did covers of classic rock songs.
Their band was called Janus & the Conspiracy.
"Conspiracy" is what you call a group of ravens. : )
I like it!
