You need to be more specific. What exactly are you asking? You make it sound like you think that all homebrew feats should have a class as prerequisite. I think that would limit options and be a bad idea.
I think the intended design space for class-specific features is subclasses and soon-to-be-released class feature variants. 5e has not shown any intention of releasing class-specific feats, I think at least partly because feats are an optional thing.
Might be nice for homebrew, but you just put a line in there that they must be X class and trust the player to abide by it.
I think they should add the prerequisite for a class when making a homebrew feat.
