I'm interested in hearing some minor house rules people have.
Here's one of mine I'd like to share: Thieve's Can't must be used in conjunction with another language, and those with the language can roll an insight check against the user's intelligence score to determine if they are speaking in tongues. Thieve's Can't users automatically succeed these checks.

I'm not sure if these count as minor, but:
My homebrew subclasses (full list here)
(Artificer) Swordmage | Glasswright | (Barbarian) Path of the Savage Embrace
(Bard) College of Dance | (Fighter) Warlord | Cannoneer
(Monk) Way of the Elements | (Ranger) Blade Dancer
(Rogue) DaggerMaster | Inquisitor | (Sorcerer) Riftwalker | Spellfist
(Warlock) The Swarm
The forth one undermines pre-existing returning weapons, so I'd rethink that one.
Spell points I feel should be all or none (doesn't mesh well with warlocks though...)
These seem cool house rules all in all though.
