When combining the cones into a single 30-foot cone, you might consider adding an additional effect due to the interaction of fire and ice, such as steam that creates a heavily obscured area. The area within the cone and a 10-foot radius around it could become heavily obscured due to the steam, causing creatures in that area to suffer from the blinded condition until the start of your next turn. Creatures failing their saving throw could suffer from thermal shock due to the rapid temperature change, causing them to be stunned until the start of your next turn. The rapid freezing and thawing could cause structural damage. Objects in the cone could take additional damage, which might be enough to shatter certain objects or structures.
My best spell is probably Volatile Decay. Won me a competition! Well, part of a competition.

Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.
