I am having issues with a subclass I created. I created the Ancient Dragon Patron (https://www.dndbeyond.com/subclasses/38145-ancient-dragon-patron) for a warlock but none of the features are not showing up and the expanded spell list is not getting added. If anyone has any advice on how to edit/mod/create a Warlock subclass it would be greatly appreciated. If someone has a "How To" guide that would be great. Thanks in advance.
I received the following comment on the published version of this homebrew (the web link is in my original post);
"This is a decent build, but none of the features in it show up on my character when I choose this Patron on Beyond. No HP increase, no AC increase, the spells aren't added to the spell list and there was no choice for dragon type, so no energy resistance or skill proficiency."
After I have tried to correct these issues I can not publish the new version of this subclass due to the following message;
This Subclass cannot be shared with the community for the following reasons:
This homebrew Subclass has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew. This typically occurs when licensed or private homebrew spells are linked to the Subclass.
I am trying to correct the original problems and be able to publish it. Because of this, I don't think I build it the subclass properly. So if anyone has a step by step guide or post on how to build a warlock subclass I would really appreciate it.

If you have attached a spell that is not found in the basic rules or Elemental Evil (the free stuff), the system will not allow you to publish it. If the spell is in the PHB, but not free, or if the spell is from Xanathar’s or the Sword Coast Adventurers’ Guide, it will always give you that warning.
As far as getting the other features to work, have you put in all of the modifiers and actions correctly? Did you put in the snippets? Follow the links in my signature line below and you can learn all about that stuff there. Also, next time, test things out on a character before publishing to make sure everything is working correctly first. You can look through some of my homebrews, also linked below, to get an idea what I mean.

Hey there,
without knowing what features you're expecting to see, it's difficult to assist with that side of things.
With regards spells, you should add those in the box labelled "additional specific spells"

StormKnight just gave you one of your answers. Maybe with a little more info I can help you with some too. What exactly are you trying to do?

For this, you need to create something called “options,” you can learn about those in the links in my sigline as well.
