im currently working on new homebrew race called the animalia/metazoa warforge where each race is getting a warforge variant as i felt weirded, that there wasn't any other designs of the warforge and only ones that sorta look like humans.
so im trying to think of unique installments that belong to each of the warforge variant's.
like this
enriched metal skeleton {ac +2} and installed dwarven axe's that are built-into the wrists and will deploy from the wrists. [dwarven warforge]
Warforged share a common facial design, with a hinged jaw and crystal eyes embedded beneath a reinforced brow ridge. Beyond these common elements of warforged design, the precise materials and build of a warforged vary based on the purpose for which it was designed.
This is all I see about how warforged look. They are humanoid (pretty much every race is), not human-like. I think it might be cooler to just make some magic items that any warforged could use that do stuff like your wrist-axes.
i already got one homebrew race done called dragonforge where its warforge that looks like a dragonborn or a dragonborn with their lower waist or limbs with intense arcane modifactions along with their organs
so i just wanted to continue the thing instead half of the body the full body is warforged as i was thinking unique things making a goblin forge, kobold forge and Goliath forge, etc that would have in their installements that other forges can't use
i got suggested for one unique installment for the wood elfs to have which was somesorta built-in climbing hooks or barbs in the hands and feet so i gone for this
