Using only some homebrew

Is there a way to allow a player to use homebrew class that im building in dndbeyond but not have access to any other homebrew content?

I don't want him accidentally adding homebrew spells.

no their is not unfornately just make sure what is allowed and whats not and hope they can distinguish those homebrew spells 

If you “remove from collection” anything you don’t want players to be able to access than they won’t be able to see those homebrews. You can always “add to collection” again at a later time.
