Time Ripple seems a bit too strong. An unrestricted, additional turn is something a thief rogue only gets at level 17 and it's only for the first round at a fixed initiative. The only other thing like it is Time Stop, which is a level 9 spell and restricts what you can do on the additional turns.
Being able to retcon your last turn could also be very strong as well as being extremely inconvenient for your DM as they need to figure out all the ramifications of you undoing your last round, and it could invalidate your teammates' turns and actions as well. It would just be really messy to work out at the table.
Really just want feedback, do you think it’s overpowered, underpowered, weird?
