“Legend has it that in these very woods, live sirens. I know, I know, you may be thinking “But sirens are mermaids!” You’re dead wrong. Those are margyges. Their singing lures men into the water and they drown, yadda yadda. Sirens look really similar to fey-elves, sharing their alluring looks, but the main difference is the eyes and fangs. Their eyes swirl with color, or so the stories go. A fool’s the one who looks in a siren’s eyes because that puts you into a bewitching sleep. Their fangs are sharp, but no one quite knows the purpose because they eat like normal humans. Probably. Sirens also have the power of various siren songs, with many different effects. With the simplest note, they could kill you stone dead. It’s sirens’ instinct and tradition to manipulate, bewitch, and kill.”
Aife ended her story with a grin that only she could give after telling a story about a magical bloodthirsty race of people.

The personality of the character seems to make it clear that they're exaggerating, but the narration after the dialogue feels clunky. It could be the lack of a comma between "magical" and "bloodthirsty" or perhaps the fact that she gave a grin that she "could only" do after telling such a story? It just seems kind of weird, if you understand what I'm saying. It's not that it doesn't make sense, it just doesn't feel right.
As my teacher always said only to give reactions and not to give advice for solutions, I'll leave that there.
Being able to go anywhereanytime when you trance is far too powerful for a 2nd-level feature or perhaps any level. Even the capstone of the Knowledge Domain cleric can only look back a number of days equal to their Wisdom modifier, and only in their vicinity.
Temporal Manipulation is too strong. Mass haste before wizards even gain access to that spell, without the stun after it ends, and without the limitations on what the action can be used for? Incredibly powerful, at the cost of only a 10% hit increase. You also don't say how long it lasts, or have any limited use. Additionally, rather than "within this field, you can choose one of the following effects" it should say "when you create this field, you choose one of the following effects". Not to mention, there is no 3rd-level feature for Wizard subclasses.
The way you word the Time-Warp makes it sound like a timed buff, but there's no set time. I also don't recommend this feature, due to it just not being very interesting at all. Also, this combined with at-will misty step (as the Space Manipulation feature should reference) is too strong for a 6th-level wizard feature. On the note of Space Manipulation, this is the "Chronomancer" wizard, which has power over time, not space. There are other ways to flavor the spell as control over time.

Chrono Echoes is absolutely broken. Sorry.
All good, was a rough copy and I’m trash at making balanced Homebrew. I’m thinking you should take damage or be stunned when you go back in forth in time and should only be within a week and in 200ft of where you are currently. I was also planning on some kind of unforeseen event like accidently altering the flow of time or being stuck there. I can limit the temporal manipulation to only effect you and add other disadvantages (Will need help with balancing.) Cheinous echoes will just be more a greater confusion. I’d make it higher level but there are set levels for it to be publishable.
What would you reccomend for a 6th level ability? Also I’ve been making some adjustments so I’ll send it through again. Also don’t worry about overchannel being level 10, that just so I can publish it. Space manipulation still there as a placeholder until o get another idea.
. . . is that . . . a well formatted Homebrewery doc? I never thought I’d see the day . . .
Exceptional image formatting aside, this looks really well done. I don’t see any obvious balancing issues, but then again I’m not great with balancing anymore.
On the homebrew? I just googled a theme and then "illustration" so it only does drawings, I tried to keep it to artists that don't have copyrighted works? But then I thought it was fine to just copy paste the link and then crop it since I'm not using it to make money :p
I made a warlock subclass. I think it errs a bit too far on the strong side, but I don't know exactly how to fix it, so I thought I'd ask some more experienced homebrewers.

HERE.Some of it is AI. I’m not sure if it all is, though. It’s a lot closer to real art these days.

Seriously though... I do dislike the notion of using AI art quite a lot lol.
