I made a warlock subclass. I think it errs a bit too far on the strong side, but I don't know exactly how to fix it, so I thought I'd ask some more experienced homebrewers.
I doubt I count as a more experienced homebrewer, but this looks deliciously flavorful and well-balanced. I especially like the Unspeakable Anatomy ability — very original.

Armor of the ageless doesn’t have anything to do with its name and isn’t interesting (+1 to a few things) or distinctive enough to be legendary. Delete attunement prerequisite. Consolidate bonuses into single sentence.
Ring of Charismatic Rizz needs a name change: Rizz is short for charisma and too informal unless that’s what you want. Recommend requiring attunement and changing wording based on amulet of health. Whenever possible, base wording off existing rules
Blursing combines problems from both others: needs to consolidate bonuses, and needs a better name. Delete attunement prerequisite text. It’s not stated what the item is, and it isn’t distinctive aside from its vulnerability to every extraplanar energy type. Lower the number of weaknesses. No explanation for why there’s bonuses for being unarmored.

Legendary Hunger seems pretty weak for the amount of time it requires to feast. At that point, why not just take a short rest to regain hp? I feel like it should have some practical combat application. Maybe you regain hp each time a creature is knocked unconscious (proportional to CR — a CR 2 gives 2d6, but a CR 5 gives 3d10), or something like that.
(Not entirely sure if a mechanic like that would actually be balanced. I haven’t played in so long, I’ve forgotten how a lot of D&D’s combat works. It’s just an idea though.)
I like how each of the weapon’s forms grants a different buff. Very cool idea.

I stole it from another magic item, but Understand why you think it's weak. I think I'll implement your suggestion.
Not sure how the Skin Thief ability works — is it illusory? If not, how does one put the hood back up? — and I don’t think the function fits the ability’s name. It’s not clear why the cloak has the Reality Bender ability or why it causes the user to become exhausted.
On an unrelated note, here’s an item I made yesterday:
P.S. AI art grafts art from actual artists without any kind of permission in order to do what it does and takes work away from professional artists in the process. That’s not okay. Nikoli has said they are ignorant as to whether any of the art in their piece is AI or not, they simply googled.

Sorry, I saw this brew and forgot to comment. Brews like this create a divergence between cool and usable, IMO. I think it's super cool. I think it would be a bit annoying to play with in game. Spending three rounds waiting for my weapon to switch on would annoy me.
One practical point: can I sit around and break and reform the first seal repeatedly to achieve infinite healing? As written I could.

Hmm. You’re right. I’ll change it so it takes longer for the seals to reform. In terms of activation, what would you suggest as an alternative?
I’ll be making more swords and posting them here as part of a challenge I’m doing with a friend normally called Swordtember — but we’re going with Stabuary. Feedback welcome!
Woah. That's one helluva sword. Honestly, it just seems like a significantly superior Oathbow. I mean, +5??? And you can change it twice a day??? I'd bump it up to legendary and nerf it a bit, especially how often you can change it.
