Into the tavern walks a thin individual, with pale skin, golden-blind eyes, and wearing a tight-fitting suit of leather armor. A handaxe is attached to their hip, and another to her shin. They are holding a staff with an axe blade on it, and it looks like a crossbow has been built into the staff as well. They smile as they walk in.
"Vodka and tonic, please, hold the vodka, hold the tonic."

He taps on the bars, device in one hand, "Ok."
He walks to one of the more broken looking one, "This one will work."
Sarana smiles. "Are you ready?"
He nods, "As i'll ever be."
"Do it."
He messes with it a bit, before rolling it into the cell. As soon as it gets within 10ft of the prisoner, it opens up and latches onto their leg. It slowly crawls to his neck, encircling his neck like a collar. A loud whirring drill noise fills the air
The prisoner takes 5 piercing and needs to make..... i think it would be either con or cha save.
