A low rumbling sounds comes from Shade, what E can easily guess is her equivalent of laughter. Always wanting to learn more, aren't you, E? I'm afraid I'm not going to be much of a guide for you here. Soldaer and I rarely spent any time here in the capitol.

It's not a traditional city. It's very...open. Houses and shops are scattered, with large spaces of plants, lights, and even streams. (Think Lothlorien)

As with most cities, she's able to find most any shop imaginable. Weapon and armor smiths, bookstores, magic shops...you name it.

One thing may grab her attention: A cloak, obviously enchanted, made from the pelt of a Winter Wolf.
*It acts like a Boots of the Winterlands, but with immunity to the cold, and it gives a +1 bonus to AC. It is a very rare item.*
*Attunement?* She walks over to the shopkeeper "Excuse me, how much would this be?"
*Yes.*
The shopkeeper, a beautiful female Twilight elf with ice blue eyes and silver hair with pale green highlights, turns to E. "Welcome! You mean the cloak? That'd be 5,000 GP"
*They actually have several of that cloak here, and she gets the idea that, despite how powerful it is, it is rather common.*
She seems to think a few moments "Do you accept decaplatinum? Or is that just a Sogel thing..."
The Shopkeeper looks slightly confused. "May I see one?"
She takes out a small metal cube, each side having some sort of rune. It seems to be made of some mass of platinum
The Shopkeeper weighs it in her hand, comparing it to a normal platinum piece. After a minute, she looks up, smiling. "I think we can work something out." she says, handing the decaplatinum back to E.
Its around 7 and a half times the normal

She has a bit of trouble standing with the tail at his feet, "raillen" *They don't have truesight, & they look like this.*
He's a slim 5'7" wood elf with copper hued bage skin, messy light brown hair with the ends dyed black, equally black eyes, & wearing eye liner & dark pink eye shadow. She has on a dark pink collar with some black gem in it & black punk clothing with the same recurring pink as accents & linings on it. With a black shirt with some holes under a studded leather coat, wearing similarly studded bracelets underneath the fingerless gloves he has on, with black torn jeans & combat boots completing the outfit.
