Soldaer leads her up the stairs back to his room, Shade following them. They reach a seemingly random section of wall, which Soldaer reaches down and grasps a seemingly invisible doorknob, and opens it, revealing his room.
"Ah, finally, something I can slightly understand.
Soldaer pulls her inside with another chuckle, and Shade closes the door behind them. "Have a seat, and I'll get the drinks." Soldaer says with a smile.
She takes a seat, smiling a bit.
Soldaer walks over to the corner where his personal stock is, and pulls out a bottle of familiar bright red liquid, as well as a pair of glasses. He walks back over to Love and sets the bottle and glasses down on the table, before taking a seat himself and pouring a glass for both of them.
*I have a sneaking suspicion that Soldaer has a crush of some sort... not saying definitely, just a feeling."
She accepts her glass. "Thank you very much." She sips it a bit, taking it slow.
*I will neither confirm nor deny those allegations -_- *
Soldaer chuckles. "Of course." He takes a sip of it himself, rather used to the taste and potency. He watches Love for a minute. "Anything in particular you want to talk about? Last time you didn't seem quite convinced of my story of who I am."

Well, they very nearly succeeded, and we would have been wiped out, had not the Draconic Hope destroyed the ten Grand Imperators; against their combined power we would not have stood a chance. It's... unfortunate so few managed to escape the wreckage of Qaesia. There were innocent people there...

Life is okay, but who knows how long that will last.
"No, now it's a bit more believable. There isn't really anything a want to talk about, either."

Elendon turns, his eyes glowing a powerful, holy light, and a similar aura around. He responds, telepathically, in Silmith. I am Elendon Starguide, Patron God of Adventurers and General of the Angelic Armies.
Soldaer chuckles. "Oh really? Why is my story so much more believable now all of a sudden?"
Shade walks over and lays down at Love's feet, her back nearly even with the chair's armrests.

What is it the brings you here?
"Probably because I've learned I'm surrounded by gods or people on the level of gods." She let Shade chill.

"Fair enough." Soldaer says with a slight laugh before taking another sip of his whiskey. "But if you didn't believe my story about who I am, then why'd you believe my telling you about all the powerful entities here?" he asks, teasing her a little.
Being a god, Elendon is unaffected by the twisting energies of the Far Realm that seep into his mind when he speaks in Silmith, but it's a close thing.
My ship was shot down. I was evaluating this world for a colony world, but the Imperium had arrived before me; even with their leadership gone, they are a threat.

"Oh, good point, maybe I shouldn't have believed that so easily. Maybe I'll go start a fight with that Atemos..."

Elendon nods. That makes sense. The Imperium have always been powerful, but they are fracturing and that power is starting to collapse.
*Yep, He's been to the Far Realm a couple times, leading hosts of angels against the horrors there in his own world.*
Soldaer laughs. "He would crush you, possibly quite literally. Either that, or he'll just walk away, or rather teleport away because of his allergies."
"Well, since I can't believe you, there's only one way to find out."

*In my host of worlds, the Far Realm is still partially filled with horrors, but the Silmith have mostly driven off, killed, or tamed the tentacled beings there. And I also made it another multiverse that those horrors were merely passing through; if the Silmith hadn't stopped them they would have moved on to this one, and the next, and the next...*
The fools brought it upon themselves, harnessing the Primordial power of their Universe, killing their gods, twisting dark matter to their own ends...

"Oh, please don't. I would hate for him to kill you." Soldaer says, playing along and with a mischievous twinkle in his eye.
Elendon blinks, and his eyes return to their normal piercing, ice blue color. Indeed. Such things never work.
"Oh really now? You want me to believe you again?"

Well, they very nearly succeeded, and we would have been wiped out, had not the Draconic Hope destroyed the ten Grand Imperators; against their combined power we would not have stood a chance. It's... unfortunate so few managed to escape the wreckage of Qaesia. There were innocent people there...
