Worship walks out of the repair area, getting used to the new parts
The streets of Konton are dark again, with only the sickly yellow streetlights' glow illuminating your path. The new parts feel a little odd at first, but they feel more comfortable in a matter of minutes. Worship lets out a puff of steam from her mouth, walking down the streets alone
O'Loren's is a long way from the Hyde Co. building, about a half-hour walk. On the outside, it resembles a little convenience store, with a little neon sign. Through a window, you don't seem to see anyone around.
Sliver walks up to it and knocks on the door.
"Come in, the door's unlocked." The gruff voice seems to come from inside the building, and when you look through the window again, you see a tired-looking orc with a comic book in hand, deep in his reading material as he sits behind the store counter.
"Hi! I'm Sliver. I'll cut to the chase: a compatriot of yours directed me here."
"Ah, Phoenix sent you? Well, I suppose it wouldn't hurt if ya knew." O'Lean grunts faintly as he gets up from his chair, and heads over to to a closet door. He opens it, and reveals what looks like an elevator shaft.
"Down that elevator is where the magic happens."
"Interesting!" She seems strangely excited for how dangerous all this conspiracy stuff is. "Anyone watching this place?"

"Preferably not. Phoenix messed with the cameras, so we shouldn't have to worry about being watched." O'Lean then realizes what you were talking about. "Oh, that kind of watching the place! Yeah, there ain't anything in here worth stealing, unless some crook is obsessed with greeting cards and cheap sports drinks."

The Doctor examines the sprocket: A thin sheet of organic tissue has grown from it, and small blood vessels pulse rhythmically across its riven red surface. Truly, it is quite the anomaly: One they wish they had taken note of beforehand.
"And you say this came from that strange robot... Worship, was it?"
The Repair Unit nervously looks up at the sprocket in the Hyde Co president's segmented hand. "-Correct. It is one of several other parts with... umm... organic byproducts."
"This is quite satisfactory. Another new discovery for me to test... I thank you for this contribution. I will consider the promotion you suggested last month."
"-Th- Thank you, Doctor." The repair robot leaves the office, now newly decorated with plastic plants and AI-generated art pieces.
The Doctor holds up the sprocket to the newly repaired window to see it in a better light, the warm sunlight painting the membrane a vibrant orange. Surely they could create something from this... Maybe it's time they explored the food industry.

Worship is walking outside, unaware of this happening
"Heh, what aren't they doing? They're kicking people out of entire neighborhoods to build their factories and power plants, and they've got a monopoly on pretty much everything tech-based. The president of Hyde's got politicians in their pocket too, so they can 'legally' do all of this, and anyone who doesn't comply gets swamped in crippling debt and years in jail. Basically, Hyde rules the world."
Jax sighs, looking down at their watch with a mixed expression of anger, sadness, and... guilt?
"Ever since Kraft stepped down, Hyde Co's gotten a hell of a lot meaner."
"Sounds like I'm gonna hate their guts, then." He thinks for a moment. "So Kraft was the person in charge of Hyde? Do you think you might know where they are now?"
"Odds are, they're in hiding. Don't wanna show their face after the new management made their creation what it is today."
"Probably their best option, I guess." Ruhan clicks his tongue, a weird little habit he has when he thinks. "Whelp... I'm gonna go exploring. Might as well learn as much as I can, and see as much as I can. Hope to see ya around, Jax." He smiles, then gets up and leaves, waving goodbye to Jax and the kenku.
"Safe travels, kid." Jax smiles as he waves back.
You didn't notice just how much time had passed until you realize that it's dark outside now. The shadows of the back alleys almost seem to close in on you...
Ruhan walks quickly into the darkness, wanting to explore as much as he can.

*Oooo, i wanna know more!*
He can hear the sound of robotic footsteps in the alleys
He makes his way to the sound, eventually reaching Worship
[[ I was planning on making Prayer a healer of sorts :^ ]]
*Oh? I made worship a [redacted] and general burst damage dealer potentially.*
She hears his footsteps, flicking her head in his direction as he approaches, her orange eyes flickering
His own green eyes flicker, and he bows “I am Prayer, unit 02” he straightens “pleased to meet your acquaintance”
"Worship unit 03," She says in response, "It is interesting to meet you too."
“I believe i have heard of the Worship units before”
"Our line was well utilized in the home plane. Maids, bodyguards, chefs, and more." She nods, "I had heard of the Prayer line's designing stage before i was lost."
