Hey, AllMighty here, This is my new Alt Account (created for reasons below)

I'm sorry I haven't been on much, but I've been dealing with D&D Beyond being stupid. Whenever I try to sign in using google (which is what my original account uses to sign in), It doesnt do anything. I have looked at other threads, including the one on Bugs & Support about google not letting people sign in, and have tried a lot of stuff, like clearing cookies, resetting my computer ETC, But I have a dumb question: is there any way that my old account could be merged with this new account so I can access all my old stuff. Thanks in advance!

No, there’s no way to merge accounts. You could try contacting support, but I’m pretty sure they’ll tell you the same thing.

It’s weird, I use Google to sign in all the time. Are you perhaps using an alt google account by accident?

So, I have cleaned up the continents a tiny bit, but not so much that I will do a full render of them yet. Still have to add in non-navigable rivers (for streams I will have to go down to the 6 mile per grid scale), tweak the biome colorations (the ground colors) and assorted other odds and ends (legends). I am making them all available publicly on the inkarnate website, though, so as I go you can see what I am doing. I give them about an hour a day.

I am sure most of you have heard the old axiom "no plan survives contact with the enemy".

In my case, the enemy is my own creativity, and map making is one of my favorite areas, so my goal now is to get these down into regions, with the scale 12 miles to a grid,  that I will then offer up to all of you to select from and make your own space. As you can tell, there are a lot of possible places, and I will be aiming for areas that are 20 grids square (so 240 miles wide and high), and from there what y'all do is up to you.

 This account that I'm on is using Wizards. The Allmighty account uses my Gmail to sign in. I've still been able to post on the allmighty account (such as for the temple of swords game) through my phone, but obviously, I do not want to continue to use mobile. Do you think I should just cut my loses and Turn the allmighty account into my alt (I never liked the name anyway, sounds way too arrogant, I honestly have no clue why I chose it. Spider trapper is a reference to one of my chars, a Kobold beast barbarian/moon druid that later changed classes to a Devotion paladin/Ancestral Guardian Barbarian, ahh, good times). On the cons side I would lose: titles, dice, books (though I only have a few purchased on beyond, besides, I have some money I could put towards new ones on beyond), Subscriber perks (i'm currently hero on the Allmighty account and can just cancel my subscription and get a new one, I have some money, bit it would still suck since I pay annually and my subscription ends in june.)

You can always get your name changed, better to not lose the money. Are you sure you don’t have 2 Google accounts?

I do not have 2 google accounts, spider trapper uses a Wizards account, & Allmighty uses a google account. I feel like troubleshooting should move to a PM though, rather than clogging up the thread with my technical difficulties

Y’know what pro’ly happened was that your Gmail account got paired to your Wizards account and it’s throwing off your login credentials it DDB. Contact customer support and see what they say. You’ll pro’ly have to decouple your Gmail from your Wizards account somehow.

No clue what it is named. Secondary rivers are in place. Cleaned up the biomes a little. 6k version with a clockthrough.

Also, for those wondering, the black dotted line is the equator, the lighter dotted lines mark the Tropics and the Arctic circle. Each square is one day's worth of travel (24 miles is the standard). I imagine Pirates and explorers are a big deal here.

As a side note - AllMightySpiderTrapper... Have you tried logging in on a different machine? Or even on your phone? Just to rule out something weird with your computer specifically and not so much your account?

-Fry_Doodles: Goblin Scribes Wizard. they use drawings to make magic, and could cast 9th level spells if they wanted, except for 1 thing. the more powerful the spell, the longer the drawing takes to make, and they are too impatient to finish a drawing and end up frying the doodles with fire bolt

-IAmSposta: A minotaur genie warlock. a unicorn headed genie who is their own patron, who during a time of disaster and mayhem, took a group of refugees into their sanctuary where they were safe. very bad at giving advice, never let them become a therapist.

-DrakenBrine: Dragonborn Fathomless warlock. a topaz dragonborn who fell in love with a curropted kelpie (beatiful lady made of seaweed), so the kelpie granted them powers in exchange for serving their dark whims

-Gnomarchy: forest gnome assasin rogue. a revolutionary whose sentences are as short as their targets lives

-KayakingPoodle: Gnoll Ranger. they are a protecter of boats who travels up and down the river, keeping the beasties away from the boats filled with shipments

-Quar1on: Aarakocra lunar sorcerer. there three forms correspond with their three different spellcasting focuses: an origami duck (new moon), a pair of scissors (Crescent), & a moon rock (full). 

-WoodsGirl0402: firbolg trickery cleric. they have a strange obsession with spiders, arachnophobes beware.

-Nothic2SeeHere2: not a character, but rather an NPC nothic that pops up from time to time and gives strangely good advice in the form of cracking dad jokes. 

-Wsyperra: a willowisp (reskinned fairy with telekinetic feat) shepherd druid. they are friends with many small forest animals such as rabbits & rats

-The_summoning_dark: unknown race shadow sorcerer. a skeletally thin, tall figure whose features are hidden by a grinning white mask, they disappear sometimes and then return. its strange, but once they return, an NPC always get murdered, and the_summoning_dark knows exactly where to find the body

 I love this! I’m actually scared of spiders in real life, but not so scared that I don’t recognize they perform a useful function in the environment.
