 Don stretches "Just follow me." before jumping onto a nearby building from the ground. Clicking his watch, everyone around them simply stops moving when he does so. He begins running from roof to roof, moving inhumanly fast.

Ciano gives a gasp, but quickly acts as to not loose pace with Don. Twisting Sapphire gives a roar and suddenly Ciano is lifted into the air like a feather on the breeze, before descending onto the rooftop when he reaches the correct height. He tries to run after Don but his speed far surpasses Ciano’s so he instead takes out a tiny pocket fan, the type of cheap ones tourists buy in the summer, and as he turns it on he summons Twisting Sapphire again, and aims the fan at him. Even with the minute airflow the fan provides, Ciano is sent flying in the direction of the current, like he’s in some sort of jetstream.

 After a few minutes of running Don stops and turns back, catching Ciano be his shirt as to stop him as well "Here we are. Interesting stand ability you have there."

Ciano deactivates Twisting Sapphire, and smiles ‘Thanks, on its own it’s really weak, but with a bit of ingenuity I can make it work. That speed and jump height of yours, was that your stand ability? What about those people that got frozen in time back there?’

 Don dusts off his shirt for him "They aren't frozen in time. They'll be fine in a few, and I just work out."

Ciano is definitely confused. If his stand ability wasn’t to freeze time, then what did happen to those people in the street? He jokingly says ‘You’ll have to show me which gym you go too’ in response to his inhuman athletic capabilities, but truthfully Ciano isn’t buying any of it. He’d heard stories in his youth of men that donned stone masks and became vampires, and with his cold hands, sharp nails, incredible agility and strength, alongside the fact Don always kept his umbrella shielding the sun from him, Ciano was fairly certain Don might not be what he seems. Still, he thought that vampires were inherently evil, and Don had seemed trustworthy so far, so Ciano decided he’d tackle that mystery later. For now, there were more important things to worry about. ‘So Don,’ he says ‘where exactly are we and who am I meeting?’

 Don points to the abandoned hotel below them "We are going to meet my great grandson" Don says this with complete confidence despite looking no older than 40 "Also I can tell you suspect I'm a vampire."

‘Alright, abandoned hotel!’ Ciano says, and tries with all his might not to question it in his head or make any mental remarks. It’s clear this guy is a master at reading thoughts. ‘Damn, you got me’ he says when Don says about Ciano’s suspicions. ‘Is your great grandson a stand user like you?’

 Don smiles, fangs slightly visible "He does have a stand but it is far from mine. If you have any worries I'm not like other Vampires." He jumps off the roof and walks inside.

 Standing next to Don is a Caribbean man, nearly as tall as Don and reasonable bulky. A stand similar in appearance to Killer Queen if it was LAed stands behind him, a slot machine on its shoulder and a necklace of casino chips on its neck. He waves to Ciano "Dis a new friend?"

'Hi, I'm Ciano, nice to meet you.' He stretches out a hand to shake. Could this be Don's great grandson? Ciano can't be sure. He then gives a look around the derelict building to see if he can spot any other inhabitants.

 The man shakes his hand "Nice to meet you, my name's Niverde." The building appears entirely on the first floor.

‘Hi, Niverde, that’s an interesting Stand you’ve got there. Looks gambling themed, huh? That got anything to do with its power?’ Ciano gives a grin and tries to cook up some small talk.

 The stand floats over to him "My stand needs a jackpot to work. When I do get a jackpot my stand has infinite Spin and Hamon for roughly three minutes. It can imbue things with such."

 Don raises a brow "He's obviously confused." Niverde then turns to Don with a look of confusion himself and asks "How can you tell?" Don replies "Answer his question child.". Niverde then turns back "It does rely on chance, though I can influence the results."

‘Ah, right, thanks for the answer.’ He then has a split second thought where he is conflicted over Don’s tone. Clearly he was just using a much different side of his personality just now than the one he was presenting to Ciano earlier. He quickly tries to push the thought away and not question things though, he knows that Don can effectively read minds. However, despite his best efforts, Ciano is still slightly fearful in the tense atmosphere

 Don seemingly appears by Ciano's side "Don't be afraid. There is no reason to." Niverde calmly nods with his words.
