[Looks good, powerful but that could work well with what I have in mind. Where would you wanna use him? He could be an associate of the Lemonseeds perhaps?]
Charles narrows his eyes in concentration. He needed a way to show Tam the other side of the door. He also needed to know how thick the door was. "Why do you need to see the other side?"

Walking past the bank, Raymond notices that its closed, which is strange at this time of day, and that there are two cop cars parked outside of it. Several cops are inside, seemingly setting up a barrier towards the back of the room.
Charles is scanning the roots and the door. He reaches over to the roots, and pulls a drill and some screws out of his belt. Anchoring his bot to the floor with two of the screws, he ties two of the roots around the weapon.

He tilts his head, approaching the bank, "Something going on?" he asks a cop
The chief cop tells Raymond 'Yep...there's been a terror attack and they're currently down in the basement. We're preparing a counter attack for if and when they come back up again. We've got enough officers here that it should hopefully be smooth sailing. Hopefully.'

[I'm not entirely sure what Charles is trying to do, is he tying the roots to the robot, and is then gonna try and pull the door open using it?]
*The roots are poking through the door, and Charles is going to try to activate the weapon and pull to roots out so that Tam can see the other side of the door and make a portal there.*

[Oh alright awesome! In that case can it make a Strength Check to pull them out?]
*Power idea: Stockpile. The user has a shield like the Abjuration Wizard's Arcane Ward, called the Fat Bank. It has HP equal to the owner's max HP, and it regains 1 HP for every thousand calories the owner consumes. As a bonus action, the owner can expend a number of HP from the Fat Bank equal to their number of hit dice and do one of the following:*
*Immediately move a number of feet equal to 5 times the number of hit points expended without expending any movement speed* *Use CON in place of another score for one ability check (Replace STR), saving throw (Replace STR or DEX), or attack (Replace STR) per hit point expended* *Boost their AC by 1 until the start of their next turn for every hit point expended* *Make a STR-based attack with a -5 to hit and a +1 to hit for every hit point expended*
*Downsides: speed starts at 25ft, needs to eat an incredible amount of food to fuel their Fat Bank, weighs an incredible amount, can run out and be basically powerless in a fight*

A man (Cressen) walks past the police and shudders, thinking about the his past, and his mistakes. He quickly shakes the thought out of his head and checks his watch, one of four. One normal, one timer, and two stopwatches, one digital and one analog. It looks quite strange.
<Power: Recall. He can revert the matter that he touches back in time, so if he touched a 30 year old and reverted him back 2 years, then that 30 year old would teleport back to the position he was 2 years ago, and he would be the equivalent of a 28 year old. He can turn back time for himself without any penalty/downfall, though. However, he generally avoids doing this.>
<The downfall is that Cressen must wait an amount of time equivalent to how far back the matter moved, so using the example above, he would have to wait 2 years before he can use it again. This is why he usually sticks to around 15 minutes, along with other... reasons>
<I was originally thinking of trying to reveal this through RPing, but wasn't sure if it was too overpowered.>
Charles tries to get his bot to shift the vines and clear some space, but the bot just winds back and snaps them prematurely, leading to no opening being revealed.
[Hiya Platyboss, welcome to San Fuerza! I love your power, it's very strong as you say but I think the weakness is so detrimental that they balance out fine! If you'd like to get involved, you could maybe join some of the other stray characters at the front of the bank where the police are? They're not doing much at the moment but are prepping for the terrorists to come back up. Also sick power idea Baazle!]

*Thank you! I've been working on the power for the protagonist of a comic I'm trying to write! The system is a bit different, so I'm only giving him a couple techniques for now.* *At future levels and at thematically appropriate events, I'm thinking of proposing new abilities based on his power, which remains static. Think like how Quirks in MHA stay the same, but the use changes dramatically as the user gets more skilled.*

Cressen, going against all his instincts, walks up to the bank, addressing the other people gathered around it, who he assumes have already inquired about information and are also there for a withdrawal.
"How much longer will this take? I've gotta get in there. I need some money for a cab <(or other paid mode of transportation)> so..."
He looks at the other people gathered around, as realization dawns on him.
"You're not going in there, are you?"
He has a flashback... a scream, a wall flash in front of him... he starts to see stars and sits down.
The head officer sees Cressen become dazed and puts a hand on his shoulder to steady him. 'Relax lad, we're not going in. We're just setting up a barricade of people who'll stand a chance against the people downstairs, that's all.' The man's words don't sound comforting whatsoever, but the intent behind them is noticeable. He then comments 'Shouldn't be too long until they come up...I say 20 minutes at a maximum. You'e welcome to stay here and help, or continue on. Either way, I think we've got this.'

"Well, I need to make the withdrawal..."
He looks at the officer.
"I'll stay here, but only until the bank is open again. That's it. Then I'm going in, getting my money, and leaving. I'm not going to help you capture these guys."
