Henri lands a simple punch to the cyborg's jaw as it writhes about, trapped between the two portals, and though he definitely dents the metal casing around the wiry maw, suddenly Henri's hand begins to tingle, and without warning it becomes entirely cybernetic, the knuckle dusters now fused to that fist. He gets the following cybernetic enhancement: Iron Knuckles: Unarmed Strikes made with this fist do 1d4 damage plus your Strength modifier.
Although the cyborg is restrained and now injured, it adapts to the circumstances and practically unhinges the jaw Henri just hit, giving a violent hiss. A toxic gas begins to spew forth, smothering and choking everybody within the room. Everyone must make a DC 10 Con Save or take 6 posion damage, half damage on a success.
Everyone is now back up! I'll post the NPCs turns in a bit.
Tam coughs. "Alright, I've had enough of this thing." He closes the portal the creature is in.

The cyborg gives a sharp, metallic, gasping screeching sound as the portal is closed and its body is severed into two perfect halves. However, instead of killing it, the spine of the cybernetic psycho just sparks with electricity, and it's lower half falls over flat on the floor as the portal seals up. Seems that when you have no blood, loosing half yourself is more an inconvenience then a theat. The Cyborg is now Small (so has d6 for Hit Dice rather than d8s, so even though it didn't loose any health it's max has been lowered) and has a walking speed of 0. [Con Saves for the NPCs since I forgot to make them: Roland: 21, Arnold: 3, Sam: 4 ]
[Himy, we must be on a similar wavelength, as that power is really eerily similar to a big thing I've got planned here. I don't want to spoil anything but I'm gonna say no to it if you want to play it, not because it's broken, it's actually really cool lol, just that it's too similar to the power of a person I have planned and the overlap would be very strange lorewise, unless you wanted to play a character that was effectively confined to a cell all their life lol]

Roland seems to have no reaction to the toxic fumes at all, whilst Arnold and Sam both cough and splutter as it spreads. Roland then keeps up his psychic barrier, Sam doesn't get involved like usual, and Arnold gives the now-just torso of the cyborg a solid kick in the iron ribcage: 18 to hit, 2 damage on a hit.
Cyborg: Health: -6, Power: Turns organic matter cybernetic through touch, Condition: restrained and 0 movement speed.

[I think we've only got Charles left for this turn now, unless any of the Coffee Squad are online. I keep forgetting how small the Lemonseed party actually is lol, maybe because it's bulked out with NPCs]
The cyborg realises its imminent destruction and inability to defeat the intruders, so switches into a more refined, calculating form, making thousands of algorithmic predictions in a fraction of a second, running through hundreds of potential scenarios on what could happen, eventually falling on one that secures its welfare and defends the precious data it has toiled over for so long. It shoots off one of it's hands at the wrist, and a long cable unfurls between it's metallic forearm and the hand, which thunks firmly into a server, fingers inserted into a socket, and drains the database of the info like one big USB stick. It then gives a robotic message, a text-to-speech voice reading 'I HAVE UPLOADED ALL SERVER DATA TO MY MENTAL CLOUD. MY DESTRUCTION WILL LEAD TO THE LOSS OF THE DATA YOU SEEK. WE MUST AGREE ON A CEASEFIRE OR BOTH LOSE.'
It is now the party's turn again, though the Cyborg is calling for the combat to end.
Cyborg: Health: -6, Power: Turns organic matter cybernetic through touch, Condition: 0 movement speed.
Henri looks to his still metallic hand and considers the plea of the robotic creature. He lowers his fists, taking off the one knuckle duster he can take off before walking over to them and leaning down to look eye to eye "You want to stop fighting? I'm fine with that." He steps back and looks to the group "I vote we finish this fight, I'd rather not have wasted my time and effort here for nothing."

Charles is examining the robot and the computer. Does it seem like it has a physical storage device? Does the computer seem advanced enough to have transfer history? "I could get the data off of it after its dead, but I see no reason to." Deception: 21
Whilst Henri advocates for the end of the fight, Charles analyses whether he could take the data off the robot. It seems the cyborg really has uploaded the data to an internal cloud linked directly to it's life, which would be a nightmare to hack into and gather data from, even with all the tech scattered around this room, as it may be defended by all manner of passcodes and firewalls, but the computers seem to be signed in with little to no restriction on what can be accessed file wise. Seems that as long as the cyborg returns the data to the computer, the files can be accessed, and that can only be done if the cyborg is alive and willing to do so. Charles knows this, but still claims he can take the data off the cyborg when dead, yet his lie seems hazy. The cyborg is well aware that it can't be done, and the party can just start to tell that too.

The mangled torso of the cyborg looks up at Tam, and echoing from its cold emotional face, the words 'I HAVE NO NEED FOR MONEY OR COMPANIONSHIP. THIS IS MY ULTIMATE TASK, AND IT SEEMS I HAVE FAILED. YOU MAY TAKE THE DATA, AND DO WHAT YOU PLEASE WITH IT. I AM FINISHED.' It then lifts an arm and plugs it back into the server, the wires glowing with soft light as all it's stored info is transferred back to the computer, the confirmation of the received data signalled with a chirpy bling from the monitor. The cyborg then lies there, in a pile of wires and wreckage, and gives you a message that seems unusual compared to it's previous cut-and-dry statements, the voice box crackling either from technical breakdown, or perhaps from a hint of true emotion 'BEFORE YOU TAKE THE DATA AND LEAVE, PLEASE....WOULD YOU TELL ME IF YOU KNOW THE FATE OF MY BROTHER? WE WERE SEPARATED BY THE GOVERNMENT AT A VERY, VERY YOUNG AGE, YET I KNOW OUR POWERS WERE BUILT FOR EACH OTHER. I CAN CREATE MACHINERY, AND HE CAN CONTROL IT. There's a burst of sparks as a component within the metal ribcage of the cyborg starts to short circuit, something that looks like a hybrid between a motherboard and a heart, yet the cyborg continues on 'THERE IS NOT MUCH TIME LEFT FOR ME OR YOU. I HAVE SEEN THE DATA FIRST HAND. THEY HAVE FOUND A WAY TO SWEEP THE WORLD CLEAN AND START IT ANEW. PROJECT J-136 MUST BE PREVENTED. GOOD LUCK AND...goodbye.' The final words aren't said in the cyborg's typical, robotic voice. Instead, they're spoken in the drawling, Chicago-esque accent of Greg, slightly more clinical and twinged yet still very nearly the same voice. The lights of the cyborg go out. You are alone in the room, and the data is ready to be seen.
Henri takes a moment to process all that before saying "That... was pretty depressing. I'm really not sure the money is worth all of this, let's get whatever we need to and get out of here. I've got to think some things over." He leans against one of the walls, waiting for his bosses to do whatever they need to.

[Yep, Greg was the dude who got shot in the powerplant...I gotta say, this adventure has been nothing but depressing lmao, and I can't say it's going to get any better lol, but at least you won't be the bad guys soon!]
Charles combs through the masses of data and finds exactly what he's looking for. First off, the data mainly seems to be records of powers of everybody in the city. Greg is quickly found within a few searches, his power being listed as 'Can Create Incarnations of Himself Within Electronic Devices and Influence Them'. His profile has a large red banner over the top, reading MISSING, though you know the real truth. Next he digs a bit deeper, and uncovers some threads on government projects. They're in a large zip folder labelled The Initiative. Opening them, you find some pretty awful logs of things. It's mainly experiments on children with high-value powers that were separated from their families at birth to be tested on, which you assume is what happened to the cyborg and his brother, Greg. As you skim through the heaps of inconclusive, ongoing, failed and abandoned experiments, an inconspicuous file sticks out to you amongst the reels of other sets of data, labelled Project J-136. You open it up, and it's an in-depth scientific and medical log of a child, the records going from birth to the last addition being updated only mere weeks ago. The dates point to the child being 10 years old. Reading closer and skimming through years of logs, Charles tries to uncover hidden meanings and clearer answers amongst the codewords, shorthand, and redacted text. With a quick scan, he gathers that the child has a power of unimaginable strength, and is being conditioned in a facility somewhere, to serve as a super weapon. This is, until recently, and the exact search term Charles was looking for appears highlighted, catching his eye. A single log, one of the most recent, with the others being mundane check-ups and evaluations, reads 'Purpose of research has been adapted. The subject will serve as a means to sweep the world clean. With him, a utopia can be formed.'
Roland reads this over Charles shoulder and gives a low gasp. He says 'So this is what the Lemonseeds were after...I knew they were aware of something we weren't, but this is insane...' Arnold then raises a point 'Hang on, if they knew this was occurring, why did they need us to gather the data? Surely they didn't get us to do all this just for confirmation of their suspicions?' Sam, who has been silent on the revelation of all this, points a finger and says 'Maybe they knew what was happening...but not where.' Sure enough, at the top of the files in a reel of details, is an address to a facility, and it just so happens to be hidden deep underground beneath the city hall. You all take this in slowly, and one by one realise the true purpose of your mission.
The world is going to be destroyed, and you've been sent to stop it.
Tam, looking over Charles' other shoulder, is (almost) speechless. "Oh [gp]. Well, what are we waiting for?!? Let's get under city hall! I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't want to die!" He turns to Sam. "Hey, can you try and get your group to help us? The police might be in on it, so don't tell them."
