Tam takes the card and swipes his way into the southern room. The door opens with a click and a swoosh, and reveals a sunken room, filled with larger servers and consoles. Stairs descend into the space, directly opposite a large throne like chair facing a wide computer screen. Sat in the chair, seemingly plugged into it, is an inhuman figure that gibbers, clicks and operates. You can't see too much of them since you're looking at them from behind, but they seem to have 6 arms, each incredibly long, spingly and cybernetic, poking away at a hologram that projects from their chest, the cold metal claws connecting files and sorting data seemingly endlessly, along with other cybernetic enhancements all across themself. They're so locked into the process that they don't notice the light entering the room and the door opening; if you want to attack, you have a surprise round. You also notices that next to the stairs, tucked away, is a small living space, with a bed, fridge, oven-stove, and a large, double locker made of stell. Overall it's very bare, but you also notice that some of the appliances are beginning to rust, and the bed is dusty and worn. Clearly this space has not been used in a while; the robotic creature at the chair seems to have been focussed on their work for a long time, mindlessly pouring over the digital screen. Roland whispers 'Seems he's a slave to the government...sent here to work on their data whilst not needing anything to sustain themself. What do we do?'
[The map again since it's been a while and you might want it if you attack]
Tam takes one look at the robot insect thing or whatever it is, and sneaks back out of the room. He's seen enough sci-fi and horror movies to know where this is going.

[Okay, so, your characters should look like this at the moment:
1. Start with a base Commoner stat block. 2. Increase the hit dice by one so you now have 2d8 hit points. 3. Increase all the stats using the array of 13, 12, 12, 11, 10,10 to spread to whatever stats you choose, with any power-related changes applied. 4. Gain 1 Skill proficiency. The Proficiency Bonus is remains +2.
[Well, since you're not playing classes, character sheets won't work, but if you want to keep a record of your stats (it's entirely optional since we're all running on similar stats and I trust y'all not too lie, but it still could be useful) a Homebrew Stat Block would work really well. Of course, it would have to be listed as Private since you'll be updating it as you progress, unless you want to keep making clones every level up and then overriding previous Public versions. Do you need any help on how to build it? If you do, start with a Commoner Stat Block, then go to the last level up at the end of the Power Plant part and add the adjustments there (they're quite a way back so I'll find them for you) ]
<No need I found it with the "Search this thread" button.>
<Oh yeah... when I rolled for stats (I'm assuming we do that or do the standard array?) got 18, 18, 17, 10, 6, and... 3. So I think I'll use the modified standard array you let the others use.>

[Yeah, please do use the modified Array given, they match the Guard Stats (since that's what you faced that level up) so everyone is the same overall but gets a different spread of skills. It's not super important but makes things easier for me with so many players just to know everybody is balanced stat-wise and that the only thing I need to worry about is powers. Having to balance regular rules with the powers would be a nightmare!
Also, I've updated my original post right at the beginning with the rules and steps on character creation for anybody new or who has forgotten! I'll update it as we go!]

Cressen, on his way to work, realizes something.
It's Sunday.
He yells at the sky, much to the surprise of the people standing near him. He turns around and sees something, a run-of-the-mill, grocery store. He walks inside and looks around.
Maybe I can help them- no. I'll just be prepared if this happens again.
He fishes into his pocket and grabs some money, then peruses the wares.
<Wisdom(Perception) check to see if he sees anything that could be made into a bomb. 11>

What is going on???? also do you know how to make a flashbang??? Like do you do this regularly??? In case you don't, a cup of gasoline with a couple magnesium strips and a match is a pretty good Macgyver flash... but not a very good bang. Drop a firecracker in to it and you have the bang.

Charles tries to remember of he's seen anything like this during his time at NASA. History: 14
Charles has seen nothing like this at all before. Humanoid robots do exist, but they're more of a gimmick than an actual thing people use. No, this creature is clearly human, or was at some point. Now they're a cyborg mess of wires and metal, mindless tapping away at the screen, an entirely emotionless being, toiling away as a worker below others despite the great power it holds, a slave to the vast wealth of information and knowledge at his disposal. No, Charles has never seen anything like this...right?
<This is me, in the future. I'm guaranteeing that this is me. This guy had my power. I know it. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!>
Anyway,
Sean is at the top of the building, still waiting for the terrorists to emerge. He says to the officers next to him. "We have reason to believe that these terrorists are backed by a pretty wealthy group, so we need to figure out how to charge this guy with something that will have no bail. Do you think we have enough evidence to say attempted murder? I guarantee whoever's backing him could bail him out, no matter what the bail is."
Charles approaches the man/robot/thing/idek and looks for a power chord on the computer. If he finds one, he will unplug it. If he finds a power button, he will press it.
<I just realized how hard it would be to put the terrorists in jail. At the court case, Honesty just gotta walk in and be like, "Yeah I was there. He didn't do it. It would be wrong to put him in jail." and the judge and jury would be like "Ok cool. She's right. Not guilty." and it would be over. Holy crap this is overpowered.>

Below Ground
[Ooh, that would be really cool actually, maybe there could be a person that has the power to pull people from different, worse timelines forth and this is a Charles' fate, but no. Instead, if anybody here has played Cyberpunk or watched Cyberpunk Edgerunners, this guy is like a weaker Adam Smasher (was once a human, now full machine), and there's a chance you might get some chrome yourselves...]
Charles approaches the cyborg and looks for something to cut the power, like a socket or button. He spots a power button on the side of one of the enormous PC towers, and reaches to click it, but somehow doing so crosses an invisible threshold and causes something to snap in the previously inert cyborg. They dart forward, wires bursting out of the chair they were in, sirens beginning to sound, and punches Charles in the stomach with one of their four arms. Charles was wary that the Cyborg might attack, so had his guard up and negated any advantage, but the party also looses any surprise attack opportunities. [Cyborg Punch: 16 to hit, 8 bludgeoning damage on a hit]
If the attack hits, Charles begins to feel winded and heavy, but then quickly notices the feeling isn't fading. He looks down to see his stomach has been turned into some strange mechanical six-pack, a metal casing around several pipes and valves, churning away and gargling as gastric acids flow through the inner workings. [On a hit, Charles gets the following cybernetic upgrade: Cyber-Stomach: You can digest food twice as fast and can hold a plank for three times as long]
It is now the party's turn. Sam refuses to fight a government agent, but Roland puts up a psychic block, in case the cyborg somehow has psychic powers too, whilst Arnold runs forward to attack. He hits the cyborg, hoping for it to split into strips, but nothing happens. His eyes widen as he mutters 'It's entirely inorganic...there's nothing human left!' Everyone else is up!
Above Ground
[Yeah, it would be a nightmare to prosecute the terrorists. But, and I've been trying really hard to plan out future stuff so this works convincingly, the terrorists aren't the bad guys, or at least won't be seen as such in the near future. You'll eventually discover some government secrets that flip the whole thing on it's head and will make the Lemonseed's goals and actions seem a bit more reasonable and justified. Hopefully all the characters doubting themselves will then turn around and decide to continue after finding out the truth and what they're fighting against (and for), and maybe it can bring the other groups into the Lemonseeds as well so we all play as a team!]
The head officer strokes his chin and says 'Hmm. Attempted murder will be difficult since they very specifically were aiming not to kill, aside from that Hot Dog Guy. He'll get locked away for years. But, we might be able to find something!'

Tam groans. "[gp] [gp] [gp]! I knew this was going to be bad!" He opens a portal under the cyborg, but makes it small enough that only half of it falls through.
*Ever seen the beginning of Avengers: Infinity War?*
*would closing the portal take another action?*
