Heyo!
I, Platyboss, am one of the mods for the thread "The Endless Dark." You've probably heard of it. I should hope so, at least...
Anyways, moving on. I will be monitoring this thread, which, of course, seems useless. "But, great knight of the Platypodes," you say, "why do we need a suggestion box? The thread is perfect as it is!" And, of course, I hope this is the case. Unfortunately, flaws, errors, and unbalanced pieces slip through all the time. Totally not our fault, of course. As I was saying, however, we need you to help us catch the unrefined or flawed pieces. I'll look through the thread, find the leading/important issues, and then I and my fellow companions will take the info and subsequently revise our thread, should it be needed. Things such as overpowered or unintended use of abilities may be among these. Additionally, you can post ideas for new abilities! (Btw, some abilities or suggestions might just be horribly unbalanced, so we might just veto them while they're still in the thread).
Please put the word "Suggestion" in your post so that I can easily Ctrl + F to find the suggestions. Upvoting posts helps me to find which issues are bigger and which aren't so much.

Yeah we'll definitely fix that lol. Might rework Regen in general while we're at it, for the option to be weak to any damage type.
The rules don't prevent someone from taking fatal vulnerability then becoming immune to that damage type via pained healing. I assume it's illegal, but might be wise to clarify.

Good idea I saw that one definitely OP. I also saw (all of these are just opinions, informed opinions I grant you but that is all they are. They are NOT criticisms)
Strike of Vengeance- As a reaction, when another creature makes an attack against you, you can make one rend attack, targeting that creature. For each time you take this, you gain one extra reaction. 3 Dread Points. This would be DEVASTATING lets say you took a few flaws and at level 2 you would have 24 dread points. If you took this 8 times if someone attacked you get a free attack NINE TIMES. With some bloodlust or extra ability in there -well I think I made my point.
Greater Detection- Gain 120 ft in any one sense. If the sense is darkvision, the distance is 180 ft, and if it is blindsight, the distance is 60 ft. You can take this multiple times for different senses. 2 Dread Points. This would affectively nullify see and hear no evil. Maybe you already thought of this one, not too powerful just a suggestion.
All Seeing- You can detect anything happening on the same plane as you that requires sight, however, your sight is too far seeing, and you have disadvantage on initiative rolls. This only works if you own said plane, otherwise, you gain advantage on perception checks and can see anything within a 2 mile radius. Can't be used with See No Evil. 2 Dread Points.
This one I'm worried about In a primary evil land there will be many secrets and with this many of them will be revealed. You could just cut I down to a mile or two radius, or make it cost a ton of dread points.
Fraudulent Disguise- You can take the form of someone you've seen as a bonus action. You gain all of their physical traits (such as voice, appearance, etc) except for abilities, in which case you keep your own. Anyone who's sworn fealty to the person you're impersonating (and obviously said person) can see through the disguise. 3 Dread Points
I lied this one I'm most afraid of this is really OP a high level rough can only attempt to accomplish anything like this. There could be a saving throw of the target to make it not happen, and the target should know that he is being impersonated. (again in my opinion)
*also could there be a perk where I can create items using dread and then I can sell said weapons to other people I wanna go full merchant/blacksmith if not that's fine*

Strike of Vengeance- Fair. Probably will just put a max on the number of times you can take it.
Greater Detection- Yeah we addressed this. You can take both, the No Evils are still a detriment because you can only 'see'/'hear' up to 60 feet.
All Seeing- Could change this. I would say you can just talk outside of their layer but I will admit that might be a bit meta-gameish. Will see what we can do.
Fraudulent Disguise- This is the only one in your post I made, so take my other responses with a grain of salt, but I think a change I could make is that you can make a perception check with the same DC as the impersonator's saving throw DC to see through the disguise. That way you can see even without fealty or being that person. But the person will likely find out through word of mouth, which allows for some cool mystery shenanigans as the Veing tracks down their impersonator or whatever. And a saving throw would just slow things down.

The beam attack doesn't give a DC for its dex save.
Destructo-Beam (Recharges after a Short or Long rest)- You can unleash a blast of powerful destruction. As an action on your turn, you can unleash a line of destruction: 15 feet wide and 200 feet long. Any creature caught in this ray must make a Dexterity Saving throw or take 55 (10d10) Necrotic damage, or half as much on a successful one. 5 Dread Points

If an ability requires a target to roll a saving throw, the DC for it would be 8 plus your proficiency bonus plus your Wisdom, Intelligence or Charisma modifier (your choice). If it is needed, your attack bonus for any ability is one of the aforementioned modifiers.

Oh ok I just thought since it said (For each time you take this, you gain one extra reaction.) so I thought it was implied.
Is there an ability that allows you to heal others? That might be cool. Maybe one that allows you to transfer your own health to someone else.
Some more blessings and curses would be cool. Since deal making and alliances are such a key part of this game, being able to grant boons would add an extra layer of intrigue.
What if there was an ability that allowed you to bestow an ability you have on another being? Or one that allowed you to bestow a flaw you have on another?
How about an ability that allows you to summon someone who has sworn fealty to you? And/or an ability that allows someone teleport to someone they’ve sworn fealty to.

I do think that there should be a way for you to be able to use your rend attack a second time in combat, then then be able to add certain conditions or other effects on a successful hit. You could even make it a bit of a feat tree like Blades of the Unholy and its upgrades. That way there is a feat tree for characters that want to use weapons and armor, and characters that want to play more monstrous characters with natural armor and claws/fangs/tails/other limbs for attacks.
The trade off can be that the weapon tree eventually unlocks muit-strikes (3-4 attacks like a fighter) that can utilize smites effects and spells that augment weapons and potentially gain magic weapons items, while more beastly attackers get fewer but stronger attacks (only 2 attacks) with a wider range of conditional effects like knocking prone, flinging targets away, or subjecting targets to other conditions.
Might be a pita to figure out but that is a suggestion.

"Meddle not in the affairs of dragons, for thou art crunchy and taste good with ketchup."
Multiattack is definitely something that should be added. You could also add summoning a mount or a companion creature as an ability.
For the immunities one, I suggest you put a limit on what damage types you can be immune to. As it is now, you can choose it three times and be immune to bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage + heal from each.
A teleport recharge ability could be nice.
The Bell one that adds 1d12 damage for the duration/concentration doesn’t have a fixed duration, nor does it say you would be concentrating on it as if it were a spell. I suggest you cap it off to like 10 minutes or something like that, that’s already 100d12 damage though.
Something to avoid opportunity attacks or boost initiative would be nice.
I’m not sure if this was intended, but for Greater Detection I just took truesight.
Abilities that give you more saving throw proficiencies and condition immunities are nice.
As it is right now, pretty much no one can stop any regeneration that well because there isn’t really a reliable way to get elemental damage besides the one trait that gives you one damage type in d8 form added onto your one attack. And warlock spells, which isn’t giving you a whole lot. These fights are going to end up more drawn out.
Also, I don’t know if it is intentional, but the regeneration works like loup garou regen. Which essentially makes you immortal. You should change it so that when you reach 0 hp, you don’t regenerate.
Magic item rules would be nice, I think a good idea for it is that people make magic items that have rarities limited by their level, and then submit them to mods for approval before implementing them. Just give like attunement slots equal to your PB/2 rounded up or something.
