“I don’t like that… does someone want to prick their finger for the door?”
Krogar steps up. "I shall." He takes out his sword and swipes his finger, only wincing a little bit. He wipes the blood on the door.
"It says 'By the blood of the guardian,' though, so I doubt that will accomplish anything."
*ITS JUST LIKE DUMBLEDORE*
"Dang... then who's the guardian?"
“The siren? Hey! You mind if we take some of your blood? Like only a little.”
"Don't you think that's insensitive? I mean, there could probably be another way out... we could break through the walls with a pick, or... use a bomb, or..."
I like bombs! Oh wait… whoops. My mistake, wrong character. “I guess. Isn’t that just… take long though…? We can just take what we want from her. We just need a little blood. Works great for my peasants!”
"I hope you're joking..." Krogar examines the doorway. "Maybe we should check the inscriptions on the boat for clues?"
“He’s not joking.”
"You... MURDERER!!" Krogar attempts to stab Angelino with his longsword.
Attack: 17 Damage: 8
Attack: 20 Damage: 5
“Ow! God! I wasn’t saying I murder people! I don’t murder a LOT of people… I just meant we could take what we want. In this instance blood. Not that I do that all the time! Usually it’s money, or bread, or whatever I need. It’s called feudalism.” Angelino says this rapidly after you knock him back, thoroughly stabbed. He glares at Rynn. “I’m saying that this whole room thing will be done quicker if we just take a little blood… My theory is that she’s going to disappear afterward anyway. Think about it this way, you wouldn’t be upset if I killed her while she was drowning me. But it’s suddenly a problem when I want to prick her finger?”
"Fudge," Krogar pants. "Dwarves have a much better system... If we get out of here, I'll lead a rebellion against you."
“Fine. We can agree to disagree.” Angelino places a hand on their side, him and Angelina both start glowing. He heals for 12! (I have the warlock thing where I always heal full when they are nearby.)

Kay steps between Kroger and Angelino. “I don’t care for his lordlyness for many reasons. And though I hate to say it, I do agree with him on this matter. If the sirens blood could open the door, why shouldn’t we try it? A little cuts not gonna kill her. Plus she’s probably killed a lot of people.”
Alright, sorry I haven't been on. I've been sick so I haven't had the energy to check up on this. Anyways, so... Yes, the door did not open when Krogar offered his own blood.
The siren does not answer any of your inquiries about taking her blood, instead she is fixated on the water behind the boats. She does not resist when Thoruk lifts her out of the boat and carries her to shore. She does whisper to Thoruk, "Thank you...please...don't let him get me again." Thoruk, you do notice that she is still staring at the water, but you don't know why.
Who is still in the boats? I think its just Thara and Mendigo. Right? I still need perception check's from you.
When Thoruk reaches the shore and sets the siren down, she starts clutching her arms. "He's...He's so angry!" She turns to Thoruk, "I was supposed to kill you wasn't I? I was supposed to kill you all... I...I don't want to kill anyone!" She covers her face and starts crying again.
*eh heh heh... uhmm, yeah sorry I just disappeared money was low so kinda didn't have Internet but we're good now so uhh, how do we deal with my gap in playing here?*
Don't worry, not to much has happened, so we'll just say you were still in the boats...probably trying to figure out how to wade to shore without any of your belongings rusting away. So, I'll just have you make a perception check like Thoruk did.

Edit: To the door, i go through the door.
Wait how? The door didn’t open.
Ooooooh. I see, it said ‘the door DID NOT open’ I got it. I see. “See! We need the siren’s blood!” Angelino draws a small ceremonial dagger and walks over to the siren. “Hi! I need some of your blood, I can heal you afterward and it’ll barely hurt.” Angelino reaches out and tries to prick her finger.

Thoruk replies to the Siren: "I'm not sure, I wasn't listening." He is distracted by the water, looking out over the surface, and especially around the edges. He slowly draws the Dequackenator, then opens up his lockbox, tears off a large crumb of bread, and throws it into the water, watching for any movement.

She glances sheepishly from you to Thoruk, and back to the water. "Oh...Okay..." She starts to reach out her hand to allow you to prick her finger, but just as she does...
Thoruk, you notice that the water starts to rise pushing the piece of bread back towards the shore. The siren (though she has her back turned to the water) reacts immediately, snatching her hand away from Angelino and hiding behind you in terror.
Thara, (I'm assuming you are still in the boat?) you did not notice the water starting to rise, so when it does, the wave catches your boat and capsizes it dragging you below the water. As you are tossed around by the current, you notice a dark humanoid shape moving towards you.
Everyone else, you see the wave capsize the two boats (so whoever was in the boats is now in the water) and a ghostly figure rises out of the water. He matches the picture of the man in the carving. He floats just above the water, and the water below him freezes as he moves over it. He grins at you, "Well, this is a new scenario. No one has ever taken Saeya from me before." He reaches out a hand, "Return her to me, and I will consider opening that door for you." His grin widens, "For a price, of course. No one has ever escaped my grasp before. Saeya was supposed to ensure your doom, but I see you pulled her from the depths in which she meant to drown you. I will need...compensation."
The ice below him is spreading, Thara, you find yourself trapped below a thick sheet of ice keeping you from surfacing... (I think the only other person in the boats was Mendigo?)

And would you be so kind as to release my friend Thara. I don't think she is a good swimmer and she certainly cannot breathe underwater." She walks forward, limping ever so slightly, and places herself between the group and the water. She huffs loudly muttering something under her breath, then she stares the captain in the eyes. "If it's blood you want, take mine. But I assure you, if you do not release Thara, we won't go down without a fight."

“Wait, you said you had a price? I have money! This is a wonderful solution!” Angelino turns to the others “guys! My money fixes this one! I can’t throw money at a lock but I can at this idiot!” Angelino will get out their checkbook. (Magical obviously, so it’s completely dry.)

Thoruk sets his feet in a fighters stance. "Door Man! You ask me to send this woman back to drowning?" (Thoruk hasn't twigged that she's a siren, as far as he's concerned she was a fair maiden who was drowning, and called for his help!). "She has asked me to keep her safe, and safe is where I will keep her."

I...I don't want to kill anyone!" She covers her face and starts crying again.
i jump in!
Edit: spelling
*yeah sure, time zone's are really inconvenient.*
She immediately start swimming upwards towards the closest shore in a bit of a panic.

“Fine. We can agree to disagree.” Angelino places a hand on their side, him and Angelina both start glowing. He heals for 12! (I have the warlock thing where I always heal full when they are nearby.)
Krogar still looks furious.

Don't worry, not to much has happened, so we'll just say you were still in the boats...probably trying to figure out how to wade to shore without any of your belongings rusting away. So, I'll just have you make a perception check like Thoruk did.

What level are we? I’m thinking of leveling up Angelino.
I think we were 6, and there was a plan for how to level up - every 2 rooms, I believe.
Thoruk replies to the Siren: "I'm not sure, I wasn't listening." He is distracted by the water, looking out over the surface, and especially around the edges. He slowly draws the Dequackenator, then opens up his lockbox, tears off a large crumb of bread, and throws it into the water, watching for any movement.

lol
Kay crosses her arms and looks to the group. "What did I tell ya? I had a feeling..." She shakes her head, then looks back to the figure. "What do you mean by compensation? And would you be so kind as to release my friend Thara. I don't think she is a good swimmer and she certainly cannot breathe underwater." She walks forward, limping ever so slightly, and places herself between the group and the water. She huffs loudly muttering something under her breath, then she stares the captain in the eyes. "If it's blood you want, take mine. But I assure you, if you do not release Thara, we won't go down without a fight."
“I’ll go down without a fight!”
Kay rolls her eyes
