The cat meows loudly every time you say something to someone. It's not trying to annoy anyone, as per your request in the wish. But it does make it a bit difficult for people to hear you.

Okay but due to this wish we move slightly closer to the sun so the world is abit hotter making so it does not hurt anyone but it makes some places unbearable like Florida or Texas.
