The rules for this game are simple: You take the name of a spell and alter it slightly, then describe it's new effect! Easy, right? I'll start with this:
Misspell Magic- 3rd level Abjuration, Reaction Amend an enemy spell being cast by the addition, substitution or deletion of a single character from the spell's name. All other effects of the spell remain as similar to the original as possible, but still reflect the new name. If cast at higher levels, the number of characters that may be changed is increased by 1 for each spell level after 3rd.

Massive quantities of meat plummet to the ground at four different points you can see within range. Each creature in a 40-foot-radius sphere centered on each point you choose must make a Dexterity saving throw. The sphere spreads around corners. A creature takes 20d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature in the area of more than one sphere is affected only once. The creature is also coated in bloody juices, causing them to smell horrible until they take a bath. This pungent odor gives disadvantage to all Stealth and Diplomacy checks the creature takes.
The spell damages objects in the area and makes them smell as well.

caster summons a physical cone that's bright orange, which when put on the head of an individual, makes them speak the truth to the best of their ability. Tagrgest must roll wisdom saving and castewr must roll dexterity to get cone onto a head.
A mass of 5-foot-tall men appear in the sky above you and begin falling in a 30-foot radius centered on a point you can see within range. Until the spell ends, that area is difficult terrain, and any creature that starts its turn there must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 6d6 bludgeoning damage.
You cause the air around you to coalesce into a wok. Despite being made of air, things placed inside do not fall through. Wind carries heat from the nearest heat source into the wok to cook anything placed inside of it. The wok lasts for 8 hours or until you use an action to dismiss it. If items are in the wok when the effect ends, they fall to the ground.
You cause target creature to ignore any requirements for a noble title when asking them to handle some task. For example, if purchasing land requires approval from the King, you could sign your own name in the approval area and use this spell to waive the fact that you are not a King. This does not grant you the title, nor does it allow you to give orders as if you possessed such a title.
Target humanoid you can see experiences excess embarrassment due to overlarge underclothing and must make a wisdom saving throw or will only be able to make one-handed attacks. Humanoid loses all protection by armor magical or otherwise.

A friendly human commoner appears within 10 feet of you. He is friendly and will gladly obey your demands as long as they are non-suicidal nor absurd. He can and will attempt to help you with literally everything. After 8 hours, he disappears.
Animate Head - 7th level transmutation, 1 action.
One humanoid within 300 feet of you must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, its head turns into a Vargouille and flies away. The target dies instantly unless it does not require a head to survive.
Bone - 1st level conjuration, 1 bonus action.
The femur of an intelligent humanoid appears within 5 feet of you. Thats it. No one will be harmed.
One target within 300 feet experiences extreme happiness and joy. They choose not to fight and instead dance around and sniff flowers. If the target resists, they may make a Wisdom saving throw to avoid the effects of this spell.
Bones of the Garth - 3rd level conjuration, 1 action.
A humanoid named Garth has all his bones pulled out of him and spirited within 5 feet of you on a failed Constitution save.
Ball Lightning - 4th level evocation, 1 action.
A spherical ball of electrical energy springs from your hand to one target within 60 feet. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, they take 4d8 lightning damage and are stunned for up to a minute. The damage is halved on a successful save and the stun negated. They can repeat the save at the end of their turns to end the stun effect.
Cane of Cold - 2nd level conjuration, 1 bonus action.
A cane made entirely of frost appears in your outstretched hand. Before the spell ends in a minute, you can use an action to make a melee spell attack against a creature within range, dealing 1d8 cold damage on a hit.
Conjure Fly - 4th level conjuration, 1 action.
Same effect as the Onyx Fly figurine.
Death Word - 8th level necromancy, 1 bonus action.
You speak a word of death. One target within 300 feet of you must make a Constitution save or take 10d10 + 10 necrotic damage. The damage is halved on a successful save.

Fire a computer at the target within 40 feet of you. It deals 3d6 bludgeoning damage, plus 2d6 lightning damage if it failed the dexterity save.

(Bigby's) Arcane Band: 5th level conjuration
A magical one-man band consisting of a trombone, sousaphone, and bass drum appears in an unoccupied space within range.
The band is identical to the hand created by the arcane hand spell, except for the following:
The Forceful Band blows people back with a blast of air from the trombone and sousaphone
The Grasping Band puts the bell of the sousaphone over enemies' heads
The Interposing Band blocks people with the base drum.
The Clenched Fist of the Band extends the trombone slide to hit enemies.
