Plus how many of the official adventures are "Take you from level 1 to X." Where X might be levelled up at the end so not actually played.

 Guys. A normal commoner (the average) iis 10. 20 intelligence for instance is practically einstine. Dont get ahead of yourself

 Base dnd takes place in like, medieval times or before. The average commoner in the modern day would have the IQ of a child 

IQ is the ability to reason.

I dislike the idea that people in the past were stupid. They just knew different things.

How many of us for example could do the daily tasks of a medieval peasant without needing additional training? Knowing when to plant and harvest. How to take care of the fields. Doing the daily tasks. We'd have a hard time.

 I wouldn’t call them stupid per se. Like you said, they don’t know the same things we know. Also peasants were more commonly servants and merchants. Iirc, farmers did their own thing 

In the past the vast majority of the population was involved in agriculture. Even back in 1850, ~60% of the US population was in agriculture. Go back farther with less advancements in farming (3-field system was a major boost in production in the ~1000s AD) and you need more people working farms to get food.

It just baffles me. Like I still remember the summer I learned how to use the toaster and how grown up ~10 year old me felt being able to make toast for myself in the morning. Later on when I was taught how to make eggs it was even better.

So how would one not learn to use a microwave?

I feel like i just finished Bad Batch never got to the tales of the empire and now theres The Acoylte. Like, slow your roll. It’s definitely getting dragged out, i think star wars content should either go to a release every one or two years (or not super often) or just stop making content entirely.

 I was partially being extreme. I have only really like KotOR from the Star Wars universe. The prequels and Clone Wars was ok.
