Their minions and their presence can be summoned To a village by reciting a nursery rhyme, “Prince in Ivory, heed my plea, I have treasures, just for thee, this covenant, I do create, worthless bone for riches great.”

Might be a little challenging trying to come up with that from scratch, but it's manageable. (I usually base my statblocks off of existing monsters so I know what I'm dealing with.)
