Battle Surgeon: Fighter

Master of Medicine: At 3d level, you gain proficiency in the Medicine skill. You may also choose 2 cantrips and one first level spell from the cleric spell list. Charisma is your spell casting modifier for these spells

Maiming Attack: Your understanding of the body allows you to attack its weakest points. Whenever you make a melee weapon attack, as long as the weapon doesn’t have the heavy property , you can cause a specific effect depending on what part you targeted You learn one body part to target, and learn one additional body part at 7th, 10th and 15th level. You can only target one part with each attack. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus

Saving throws: your maiming attacks may require a saving throw or skill check to fix or manage to fight against the attack. The DC is calculated as follows:
Maiming attack DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice)

Targeted parts (will add more)
• Legs: if your attack hits, you strike an important point in your opponents leg, causing them to lose 15 feet of movement(walking). If their movement is reduced to zero, they must make a Dexterity saving throw, or fall prone. Their movement remains reduced until a successful Wisdom (Medicine) check is made against your save DC
• Hands: If your attack hits, you must choose to target the right or left hand (if the target has more than two hands, you may choose any), causing them to drop anything their holding in that hand and can not pick anything up with that hand until a successful Wisdom (Medicine) check is made against your save DC
• Throat: If your attack hits, you strike the enemy’s vocal cords, causing them to not be able to speak or perform the vocal components for any spell. This effect remains until a successful Wisdom (Medicine) check is made against your save DC
• Eyes: If your attack hits, you strike the enemy in the eye, blinding them until a successful Wisdom (Medicine) check is made against your save DC
• Ears: if your attack hits, you strike the enemy’s ears, causing them to be deafened until a successful Wisdom (Medicine) check is made against your save DC
• Head: Requirement: 15th level) unleash a brutal strike against the enemy’s head. Roll with disadvantage, but the attack hits it deals the maximum weapon damage for one roll, is a crit, and adds another of the damage die. for example 10+5+2d10+5 (two handed longsword)

7th level feature: Wounding blows. Your understanding of the body allows you to maximize the damage you do. Every time you make a Maiming attack, add 1d6 damage. Your enemy will also become wounded, taking 1d4 damage, every turn, for every wound. This effect will persist until a successful Constitution saving throw is made. The damage increases to 1d8 and 1d6 respectively at the 15th level and 1d10 and 1d8 at the 18th level

10th level feature: Long range targeting. You may now maim enemies with your ranged weapon attacks

15th level features: improved wounding blows. The initial added damage die increases to 1d8 and the wound damage die increases to 1d6. Cranial Strike. Gain the ability to target the head.

18th level features. The Tools of the Trade. Choose either, Slashing, Piercing or Bludgeoning damage. Whenever you make a Maiming attack with a weapon that does the chosen damage, a specific effect is applied
Slashing: Wide cutter. Half the damage and the maiming effect is applied to any enemy (other than the original target) within a 5 foot radius, as long as the attack roll surpasses their AC
Piercing: Lung Penetration. The enemy immediately begins choking (see suffocating) the they will not be able to breathe until a successful Wisdom (Medicine) check is made against your save DC
Bludgeoning: Nerve Buster. The enemy makes a Constitution save. If failed the enemy is stunned. They may remake the save at the end of all of their turns
