On a failed save the target also has disadvantage on all ability checks and attack rolls until the end of its next turn.
Shoe (Recharge 4-6): The Asian Father hurls a shoe at a target within range. Range 100/300. +4 to-hit dealing 2d8+2 bludgeoning damage on a hit. In addition the target must make an Intelligence Saving throw DC 12 or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
And yeah, should probably add also a reaction of sorts that's like, "If the Asian Father succeeds on a saving throw or an attack made against him misses, he can use Emotional Damage against the triggering creature."

I’m doing good, I went to Quasi yesterday with some friends and some new people, they we’re all cool. I thought I was gonna die on the teacups, for like an hour my special awareness was a bit off, I bumped into some people and when I wanted to grab my water bottle I just lightly punched it, plus nearly fell down some stairs. But I regained it after the water park area though
