What do you think? It's a choose your own adventure/ fighting fantasy kinda genre, but meant to be a bit darker
'Seeing resistance to be futile, you allow the fleshy tendril to pull you into the now writhing vines. More tendrils reach out towards you, and you accept their monstrous embrace, until you are forced through the wall of vines onto the other side.
You find yourself in a claustrophobic, cell-like chamber, not big enough to stand or lie down straight in. The interior walls are damp and seem to be made out of similar-looking vines. Looking behind you, you see that the wall you entered through has now fully sealed over, and as you fruitlessly pull at the vines, you notice your gloves becoming damaged, as if they have come into contact with a strong acid. Horror sets in as the reality of your plight becomes clear- these vines are carnivorous, and to stay here would result in being digested alive!
Desperately searching for a way to escape, you find that the only possible way out is through a tiny passageway in the floor of your organic prison. The only trouble is, as you squeeze yourself into your escape route, you find that it is completely flooded with reddish water. You have no idea how long you will have to swim for, and if it is even possible to make it through alive, but you must try. To remain trapped would be to surrender to a long, painful death as your armour and tissues are slowly dissolved…
The passageway is too small to properly swim through, and so dark that you cannot see your hands in front of your face. Nevertheless, you persist, your lungs burning as you fight off every urge to turn back, in a half-mad struggle for survival. You have no idea what awaits you on the other side, but it surely cannot be worse than the fate that would face you if you simply gave up. Just as your body feels like it cannot hold out for any longer, you feel an opening in the roof of the vein-like passage. Taking the chance to refill your oxygen-starved lungs, you peer out into total darkness.'

In the event an enemy draws the balance card from the Deck of Many Things, how does this work exactly? What happens if the Demon bbeg gets turned Lawful Good?
