Idea: Video game (genre doesn't matter, just a video game in general) with a meta aspect of "you've taken control of the protagonist" in a Deltarune-esque fashion. However, the protagonist speaks to you with the shared consciousness whenever you mess up (or whenever something comment-worthy happens in general).
Like, imagine struggling with a boss and in the death screen you're just told "skill issue" in text that gets progressively larger each time.

Idea: Video game (genre doesn't matter, just a video game in general) with a meta aspect of "you've taken control of the protagonist" in a Deltarune-esque fashion. However, the protagonist speaks to you with the shared consciousness whenever you mess up (or whenever something comment-worthy happens in general).
Like, imagine struggling with a boss and in the death screen you're just told "skill issue" in text that gets progressively larger each time.
It would be funny if they just had a really sarcastic and disagreeable personality. So you just have to deal with that critizing your every move. Or if it was a souls like, so you would die a lot
*Fighting a boss and you get hit* “Why didn’t you dodge?” *Die to a basic enemy* “Wow. I didn’t even know those do enough damage to kill you.”

I struggle with empathy. If you’re not sure what I mean by that, it basically means it’s hard for me to understand the mental state of others and respond with the right emotions

Then, as basically an auto solve feature if you're taking a really long time and struggling with it, you can be like "Alright, let's see you do it" and give them control for the puzzle, for them to then complete it extremely easily.
*Keep dying to the exact same enemy* "Hey, here's a tip. If you dodge their attacks, you won't take damage. Hope this helped!"
