Personally, how I would have done it if I were to have gotten to design the Kuo Toa for the books is that only the Archpriest would have been an aberration, then there would be stats for a Kuo Toa God/larval god, which would also be aberration.
I do like the idea of a larval god.
Could also be useful for a friend of mine whose ideas revolve around chaos gods, but lower enough CR that our party can actually kill some of them. (lv5 right now)
