He was heavily inspired by that guy, and was originally meant to be an adaptation of him. He has similar values about killing, from what I remember: not a big deal don't whine about it, get it done get it done get it done.
Go to the play by post part of the forums, you can find some campaigns looking for people and apply with a character. There's a way to filter by whether it's recruiting or not but I forgot how, sorry.
