She can only interact with the world in limited ways, which happen in the form of puppet die. A player who meets the mother can be gifted a puppet die, which is a d6 and can be added to any roll once per day. For every puppet die you spend, the Mother gains one puppet die of her own, which can be used to subtract from your rolls. If she gets ten puppet die, then you summon the Mother of Puppets. She’s a giant spider-thing.
