Yeah, I thought about that too. I am an avid hater for using ai for any of the arts, mainly 'cause it kinda feels like it's taking out the core of the art. And it also makes people extremely suspicious of any art or music that they find on the internet as it could be AI, which makes people overly critical of any piece of art to see any mistake that would make it AI.
Generally just sucks for anyone actually making the arts. Also people who legitimately think that making AI art/music is "kinda the same thing" are extremely dumb (or if they think that the "effort" they took with writing a prompt for 5 minutes makes it fine.)
