A Quickstep Ranger, don't know the name yet. Also it doesn't have to be a Quickstep, could be any race idc as long as it's racial features and asi's fits with ranger.
I had a brother. A twin, to be specific. He and I were inseparable, until he was killed. They blamed it on me. They all blamed it on me, but I know what I saw. It looked like me, I assume it was some kind of shapeshifter, and it murdered him in cold blood after bringing him to the forest to supposedly play. I was terrified, but there was no solace to be found with my family as they all blamed it on me. I saw the fear, sorrow, and hatred in their eyes as they banished me. I was not the kind to idle, so I set out to find the wretched creature who killed my brother and deliver it the same fate he had recieved.
Just a simple little backstory but I think it's a pretty cool idea and I've had multiple kinda variations on this idea floating around my head for quite some time
Ooh I like it! If you do use this, do I have permission to decide whatever the creature that they’re hunting down is? Or do you want to decide?
I am handing practically all creative liberties to you I don't even have an idea for what it would be

anyways, I’m gonna try to make the pm with all the basic info about the setting and everything else you need for the campaign, as well as some stuff about the starting city. I’ll also provide links to all of the special races from the Ebon tides.

Recently obsessing over Warhammer 40k, specifically the T’au empire
I've been thinking more about this centaur with horseshoes of speed, and I remembered 'hey, wait, the mobile feat!' So taking centaurs' 40 feet, plus HoS 30 feet, plus ten from mobile, that's 80 feet. If you were at least level 18 monk, +30 again, that's 110 feet, and opportunity attacks basically don't exist anymore because Mobile.
There are probably a bunch more ways to increase your speed even further, but past 100 it doesn't really seem to make much of a difference, and you probably won't even be able to use all of it most of the time
