The Insurgent movie was infuriating. It had a plot change that was the equivalent of making a movie out of Lord of the Rings where the fellowship needs to steal The Ring from Sauron in order to use it to fight Mordor.

Calormene was another empire. And while it was an antagonist force, it wasn't like everything Calormeme was bad. Emeth and Aravis for example are protagonists. And there's even things about Calormene culture that get praised, such as storytelling.
On a lighter note, the live action Avatar the Last Airbender from Netflix has arrived. I haven't started it yet (no spoilers please) but I'm looking forward to it.
It'll be nice to see the first (first and only) live action adaptation of the series.
