Insect-winged fairies: They tend to live in small villages hidden from human sight. This is because some humans hunt down fairies and use their wings to enchant things. Their wings can be that of any flying insect, and that determines what job they would be best at.
Leaf-winged faries live in hollowed out trees filled with whimsically stacked houses. They are fairly technologically advanced in a fantasy way (pulleys, rube goldbergs, etc) because during fall their wings turn brown and crackly and temporarily fall off, leading them to explore more creative ways of movement.
Petal-winged faries are rare drifters and nomads, often regarded as frivoulous
Are there any particularly evil fairies? Like basic mythology fairies? What size are fairies? Are you planning on more varieties of fairies based on wing types like mammalian (bats) or reptilian wings? (pterodactyls)
Soooo just for fun I made two dragon lairs, and thought it would be funny to make them crazily op. So I completely fleshed out the dragons, ones a sapphire dragon who actually doesn’t like battle, and is incredibly smart. His lair is full of booby traps, spellcasters, and mimics. It’s actually a trap lair, and there’s a secret door leading to his actual lair, that’s guarded by more incredibly op monsters! He also has a cat. Then there’s an emerald dragon crime boss (I like gem dragons) whose lair is full of monsters and minions. Like…. 10 gargoyles, 50 kobolds, 50 orcs, some Master thieves, a tiger, some Champions, a bunch of drow (why not?) and some mimics. Maybe I’ll make a bunch of low level players infiltrate them >:)
