I’m thinking like they used to be evil but now they’re trying to do good after doing something like absolutely horrible, and I just remembered the example lair for Green dragon’s in Fizban’s was a giant tree… and I also read about how in Kobold Press’ setting, there are multiple world trees that act as interdimensional portals, and that all connect to the original World Tree.
So uhh, how about a green dragon that destroyed a world tree? That would be pretty cool. It lives in the rotting husk and it preyed on the creatures that lived in its branches, but then it realized the error of its ways or something, or maybe it made a deal with a god or celestial and now it acts as a priest, offering food and shelter at a dead world tree. Maybe there could be like an adventure to help it restore the tree or something.
That sounds cool! I mostly used Fizbans for mine, but DMs guide for magic items, Tasha’s for booby traps, and Monster Manual and Mordenkainens for monsters. Lots and lots of monsters.

I kinda wonder how Mori would interact with Fischer, since he's basically an overlord of Purgatory.
I don't really like Mori, but I think they have a few possible interesting interactions.
They're basically just a hag when it comes to personality, from what I've seen so far: mostly predictable and invariably malevolent.
