I had that issue a while back. What fixed it was turning the computer off and on again. I'm not sure what bugged it out in the first place since it was only DDB having that issue. But the off/on seemed to do the trick.

Helllo everyone, I’m currently working on version two of the Scylla statblock, with more unique abilities ad interesting powers she will use to tear creatures apart with.
Fun for the whole family!
I’m thinking of replacing her frightful presence with a sort of “taunting laughter,” which will allow her to anger other creatures, filling them with hate and dread and distracting them. She will also gain some version of the Assassin Rogue’s Assassinate.
