Okay, pretty cool place. Like the idea of one to rule them all. But honestly doesn't really make sense for one person to rule over such a large area. At least that's assuming that different colors are different nations. Perhaps add some smaller less impr=ortant nobles ruling over different sections of different part of this place with the king ruling over said nobles.
Zhengfu Valuk
Seems a lot like the one above. Just a lot more infighting. I'm getting mongul/pirates/raiders vibes from this one. Warlords and Emperors, also a nice feature. I have no complaints. It's basically ancient China.
Malikaua
It's basically a small island nation. Usually these are peaceful but you changed that into a sort of tribe of warriors. Hunting and stuff brings frost giants to mind more than storm giants. But I understand why you chose storm giants though, because storm giants.
Piolagul
So the people here are really knowledgeable. But somehow they don't know who their leader is, heck they might not even have a leader. This looks like more of a society that's on the brink of disaster. They spend their time learning and studying. Alrighty. An army of mages. Alrighty. Races, Gith... Alrighty?
Stridnadgaj
I'm assuming this one isn't done yet, but seeing where it is on the map, with the mountains. I'm going to assume monks. Or barbarians.

Aryttera was based off of the roman empire, so there are people ruling over smaller areas. I'll add that
Resisting is simply standing in front of the tide and pushing at it. Even if you endure at first, you will eventually break down. Adapting, by contrast, is turning into a fish.
