One must be careful when trying to see light over trying to see darkness. For darkness cannot be seen, and one will never see it in its fullest-- they will be blinded, but they can recover by leaving the darkness. But if one tries to see too much light, they will be blinded. If one is blinded, they will suffer light's own form of blindness that can never be recovered from.
