I want to see a series where the main character is fire nation and the villain is the avatar.
Would definitely be interesting. You'd also have to thread the line between showing a point of view vs going full-evil. (Or you'd have to show that the Fire Nation actually was right. ie that Aang, being 12, was naïve and didn't realize the Air Nation actually did have an army and was preparing to launch an invasion, justifying the Fire Nation's pre-emptive strike to defend its sovereignty. And that Fire Nation ships had been providing refuge to Northern Tribe women that broke engagements. That would also tie in with Hama, given she did some genuinely evil things like locking up civilians.)

I would definitely want the characters to be real characters. I also don’t think Fire Nation history needs to be rewritten. Throughout the shows, fire nation is typically villainous (this is oversimplified, they actually did a great job in the show with the actual people of the fire nation.) and it is instinct to think fire nation=evil. That’s why it would be cool to show a completely new fire nation character who is actually trying to fight against an evil Avatar.
